100+ violations sounds bad, but it should be remembered that many will the same violations set across every accounting period. Many may also be fairly small fry, albeit undoubtedly helpful in building up a perceived context of Manchester City being serial wrongdoers. Manchester City were also strategically non-compliant with the entire investigation, so were essentially found guilty by the Premier League in absentia - who knows what counter evidence Manchester City are currently sitting on.
Personally, similar to what I said on the previous page, I think the Premier League neither expect nor want to win this case. Their job is done simply by seeing it through to its conclusion.
