Edited it for you, can't stand the bloke, I've never seen such a bitter and partial pundit. Great player though apparently, used to go around kicking people a lot..Souness looks like a cock and arrogant as feck in this. For all you kiddies who are too young to remember it is the 1984 European Cup Final in Rome against Roma.
No, neutral fans.
As I said before, if you take everything into account, he gave Real an advantage.
a player like him had to become 32 years old to play his first CL half final. Strange football world. I always liked him and would have cheered if he had gone our (=Bayerns) way instad of going to City. After Lewa, he's more or less the perfect modern attacker with no weaknesses.Edin's too hot. 2-0 Roma.

This one will be much closer than the City games. Italians usually care about defending, so I don't see us having more than a 2 goal lead. Also I feel they will dictate the tempo in the first game, busparking when we're in posession and playing long balls.
Paying respect at Hillsborough memorial is a huge gesture.
I really really hope there won't be any troubles with the fans but i fully expect the roma ultras to come after you guys next week in Rome. If you go or know anyone who's going be very careful. The city has proved time and again it is woefully incapable of stopping ultras violenceSouness looks cocky and arrogant as feck in this. Good read this and also a good insight into what happened the following year against Juventus.

'Tis a joke, i'm not making any political connections herethese historical/political connections are kind of cringy in modern Europe, don't you agree? And considering Italy's role, especially that one.
I'm italian, and a real madrid fan. Tomorrow we celebrate the liberation of northern italy from the occupation of nazi germany and mussolini's regime. We play a german team in a SF. It's a joke. No political meaning or connectionquite a strange wording then, I guess. But nevermind. I guess I'm overly sensitive for this kind of stuff.

Nationality and politics are not the same thingSort of contradicted yourself here.
Looking at Roma’s goal scorers for this season, it looks like Dzeko is the main goal threat with 20 goals in all competitions but they don’t score a lot?
And have 55 in the league. Doesn’t seem like a large amount of goals to me.They scored 4 against Barcelona
Hope Di Francesco is smart enough to avoid playing short with a high press, like City did and instead play like Mourinho did. Go direct to Dzeko with a quick winger looking to get at Trent. Do they have anyone as quick as Rashford?
Just keep it tight and look to grab an away goal please.
“Run really fast and try to score five goals in the first twenty minutes...”Maybe not as quick as Rashford, but they certainly have pacy, elusive wide players in Under, Florenzi, El Shaarawy and Perrotti, to name a few. Roma have beaten some excellent teams in this year's competition and to write them off on their (modest, in contrast) league form would be a foolhardy task. Their team is littered with experience at the top level in De Rossi, Strootman, Kolarov, Dzeko etc.
Liverpool, with their usual 'Let's run really fast and try score five goals in the first twenty minutes' shtick, could fade in the final quarter and if Roma are still in the game by that point, I wouldn't be surprised to see them nick it. If Klopp tries to harness Dzeko by deploying van Dijk on him whichever side the Bosnian takes up (like he should've done against us with Lukaku at Old Trafford), I can see that spooking Lovren to the extent he won't look comfortable in the LCB role (a role he's always looked suspect in, to be honest) and I can see Roma's pacy wide men creating problems down that channel.
I'm no genius on Roma, I just look at their team and don't see much pace, which they'll need tonight on the counter attack.
I think they'll make it a close tie but don't see them having enough.
I think Bayern will beat Real Madrid.
Bayern to beat Liverpool in the final.
Yeah, such a shame Mourinho can't make Rashford, Martial or Alexis run that fast“Run really fast and try to score five goals in the first twenty minutes...”
A fantastic insight into why we’ve scored so many goals this season.
