Champions League Round of 16 (15th Feb - 16th Mar)

Feck. Good on Klopp to call it to the ref's attention

Wöber fouled Lewandoski twice in the box for a penalty and hasn't been booked. The first already had to be a yellow.
I'm amazed lewa can still walk after the ball hit his thigh for the third.
Compared to that foul for the second pen it must have been quite the impact.

I thought Müller was meant to be in terrible form? Great pass for the third

Most assists in Europe for two seasons running prior to this season beginning.

"German forward Müller has the most assists in Europe’s top five leagues with 16 for the Bundesliga season as he seeks a historic third straight European Assists King title."

This has been poor. We’re lucky we’re already 2-0 up.

Second shouldn't be a penalty imo. Lewa is the one sticking his leg out there

Nice pen. This game feels
Bayern Munich [2] - 0 Salzburg [3-1 on agg.] - Robert Lewandowski penalty 21'

Bayern Munich [3] - 0 Salzburg [4-1 on agg.] - Robert Lewandowski hat trick 23'

This is wild. I went to the kitchen for 5 mins and I miss all this hilarity.

He had a (relatively) poor last month or two

OK, no point watching this anymore. Back to my documentary.

Don’t know who pegged Martinez as a £80m striker very average indeed.

Bayern, all our hopes rest on you to stop the unthinkable....city or liverpool winning the CL! Don't let us down :)

That early pen did wonders for our confidence, and/or destroyed theirs.

Martinez is not the first striker to have tried it on against big virge and then just not bother the next time.

It was the same in last game, Inter were better team but Liverpool scored goals. Don't get your hopes up folks.

Inter have largely outplayed liverpool in open play in this tie. Too bad set pieces are part of the game too :(
