Seems Fergie would have bought 10-15 of the best players, especially the top English talent and the most underrated work horses. Probably would have spent 400m over the last few years too, or am I underestimating that he could buy a gem for pittance

Spurs this season in UCL remind me a bit of our 06/07 campaign. Hungry team that is brilliant to watch, yet you know they could be vulnerable if they're hit with a couple of injuries/suspensions/bad luck. On the right track to establish themselves as a top team.
