Champions League Quarter Finals | Chelsea vs Real (Tue) | Bayern vs City (Wed)

Expensive team/squad full of WC players who have been favorites in most CL campaigns they've won. Milan have had 1 good run and have got pummelled in their CL campaigns since 2007.
And they're playing Napoli. If we're talking money, milan is the most expensive team/squad here

Lampard and Chelsea are lucky they got Brentford at home next who are on their holidays

They haven't spent much on these players, i think Camavinga is the most expensive one and Hazard who flopped and isn't even playing today.
Camavinga is probably the cheapest player on the pitch haha. Like €20m if I remember correctly.

Didn't they buy like 11 or 12 players recently...and their first 11 is 4 defenders and 5 midfielders. Absolutely bizarre.

Napoli hoofing a bit now, becoming unstuck and as I suspected....Osimhen needs service and is a traditional 9. He's not going to drag your team into the match unless he has stuff to feed off of and that's not happening. He's being marked well but is on an island not impacting the game.

BT’s commentators have really tried to sell this idea that Chelsea have been in with a shout all night.

Real is lightning fast on the counter and they can defend, I’m already betting on them to beat City

think lampard really needs at least 2 more seasons to show what he can do at chelsea. Maybe even just give him a 4 year extension just to be safe.

The commentary team really want you to believe lampards plan almost worked to perfection

Same thing that happened to us last season. Interim manager, no motivation to do anything, club will restart when they get a new manager.

It's not a matter of motivation when the coach decides that playing with 7 midfielders is a good idea to overcome a 0-2 deficit.
