Champions League Quarter Finals | Chelsea vs Real (Tue) | Bayern vs City (Wed)

How many times in the last 10 years have Madrid been rocking and in trouble and then gone up the other end and scored.

It's an amazing skill they have, they're just never flustered.

all that huffing and puffing when your backs to the wall and nothing. we all saw this last year with United and their last attempt at something meaningful under Ralf during the CL and then it went to shit.

Madrid playing like they did a little in the final. absorb pressure, ride the waves and when it comes to it, be clinical. BOOOM!

Very good from Vini, the easy thing to do would be to rush a shot that's inevitably blocked

Napoli are just that Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, Monaco level that may offer a brief interlude to the usual suspects domestically but will choke on the really big stage. Shame.

Their self-belief and composure is top top and sure, they'll lose games but they are always in it and they go with the flow.

Chalobah with a very dumb decision.
Frank with a pathetic line-up.

Seeing all these comments about City blitzing Madrid is amusing when you just know Madrid can be shit for 179 minutes of a CL tie and still find a way to go through.

Feel like I say this every season now, but Real are going to get battered by City.

.... let's just hope I'm wrong as always!

They don't panic even when 2 down in this competition

Chelsea have made more than enough chances to score. Their goalscoring is horrific.

Yep its what happened last year. Though hard to imagine that repeating itself, Madrid will likely play better but will be tough.

At this point chelsea shouldve just had a raffle each game before hand to pick a lucky fan to be manager. Couldve raised some decent money prob with that. Got about the same results and wouldnt have even had to pay their manager.

Chelsea play 7 midfielders and wonder how they can't score, shock horror. Of course, they're going to dominate midfield when you set up like that, but you're never going to score.
