Champions League Quarter Finals (3rd - 11th April)

Thought that was a soft as hell penalty. Vasquez is already on his way down because he has messed up the header.

Oliver is a fecking moron but unfortunately he was right this time. Stupid Benatia.

Wouldn't be surprised to see death threats/bullets sent to Oliver's house now. It was the right decision though - brave.

Kane / Alli / Son absolutely torched them - in the group stages, yes - they struggle with pace and movement across the front 3 and I think Liverpool would bring that in spades. The question for me is if Liverpool could avoid being sucker punched on the break.

Surely every defence does? I haven't noticed Real being particularly susceptible to this in comparison with any other team.

Where's the dummy who guaranteed that Sevilla would lose the tie by 4 clear goals regardless of who they drew?

Brave calls from the ref. Was a pen.
Ronaldo could have been sent off if he's brave enough to book couple of his dives. Anyways, as long as anyone can do a job on L'pool, then entertaining quarter finals round, nonetheless

Feel sorry for Juve but that was a pen.

What a penalty though. Fecking power in that!

Even if you don't give it for the push you have to give it for him goingho his foot round at chest height and missing the ball and catching him.

bullshit , of it was your team you would have been screaming for the pen and if you say no YOUR LYING. Clear pen.
You’d be screaming too if that was United instead of Juventus. Little contact, no clear push or anything, very very soft.

Has a referee ever looked happier to award a penalty?

I’m Surprised Buffon didn’t do worse.

Still, I don’t fear Real, nothing there to be concerned about tonight, or the season to be fair.

It's a penalty but a really soft one. Vazquez could've stayed on his feet.

I know it hasn't always been great being a United fan these past few years but freaking hell I'd need to pay a shrink to get over the trauma Juve has endured in the CL.

Too many fans on here saying stonewall penalty cos they're worried that Lpool will win the CL & would rather have RM in the SF.

Debatable pen. Great effort from Juve though, really unlucky .

Benatia doesn't get any part of the ball... how is it ever not a pen?

Blatant penalty to be fair. Benatia jumped in his back and for good measure gave a kick around his side to his front and didn't touch the ball. They just let him run free and that's what costed them
