Well Barca bet them 4-0 two weeks ago. We don't really know how close it is yet but English clubs have been awful in the CL knockouts for a while now so something will definitely need to change in order to justify your statement.
The good news about this result is that this will slow down all these talks about untouchable Spanish giants.
This is great.

Rakitic is actually another overrated fellow. Every time I've seen him he's sloppy and get caught up.
