I'm finding hard to work out how good Liverpool have been, and how utter shit real Madrid have been.Liverpool have been impressively good.

I would love RM getting knocked out.2:0 Gakpo.. Good cross and header but terrible defending from Madrid.
Next match against Atalanta.
Doubt they will get a top 8 finish
Liverpool are annoyingly good atm, like peak Klopp days
Who's he a good fit for?
He didn’t have anything to do with Mbappe missing his kick. They got lucky. Again. They will win more with Slot. They are free scoring as before but seems Slot has made them concede feck all too
He's a great keeper. Good shot stopping and reflexes and is calm with the ball at his feet. I'd argue that he'd do very well as first choice at another top club

One game is famously the best way to base an entire opinion.Did you not see him against England?
I do think a part of it is the way the set up under Ancelotti. It has been largely effective but even when they were winning did look a bit laboured. They are a defence first type of team in my opinion and they haven't been good to watch for some time.Real Madrid are a good example of what happens when you focus too much on athletic players and sacrifice too much technique/ball playing ability.
Big fish little pond, not cut out for bigger?PSG.
Haven't half the team done their ACLs?We might want to pay attention to Madrid’s summer reconstruction job and subsequent fire sale
Was he that bad? Ireland’s best player in the majority of the Nations League games and plenty of Liverpool’s too.Did you not see him against England?
I'm not sure they have the players to do it differently. They have collected athletics midfielders, the have sacrificed technical and passing ability.I do think a part of it is the way the set up under Ancelotti. They’re not even half as good as them. Great players, but still nowhere near good enough.Remember when Mbappe and Haaland where supposed to be the heir to CR and Messi?
Aye, even at our very best, we never fully dominated or comprehensively beat RM.Liverpool are annoyingly good atm, like peak Klopp days
Are...are you saying that this Liverpool team is better than the best United team?Aye, even at our very best, we never fully dominated or comprehensively beat RM.
Haaland would clash quite a bit with current players. They won't go for him, they need midfielders.Mbappe just awful this evening - and has been since putting on the white shirt.
Surely Madrid will be in for Haaland soon enough.
Watching Liverpool makes me ill!

Keepers are far too protected.Gonna have the usual moaning from the commentators about the Villa goal being disallowed even though it’s clear in the rules you can't challenge a keeper while they're in the air.
