Champions League 24/25 | Matchday 5: November 26-27

I was joking. Plenty of Bayern players get in, Kane Musiala, Olisie, Kimmich, Davies, Kim/Upa (since Chelsea's CBs are horrible).

Bayern wouldn't be top obviously but easily top 4. Pool and City are clearly better.

I know - I was also not being serious (the reference to Dier should have given it away ;)). Bayern still have an excellent squad and will still be competitive in the UCL this year despite the poor start - even if the likes of Real will probably be a bit too strong in the knockouts.

Gnabry is way to maligned by Bayern fans. The fact that he's compared with Sane is indicative, their contributions over the years are vastly different with Gnabry being better.

He had injury problems the last couple of seasons but he's still a very good player to have. I suppose his salary might be a problem but he's less of a problem than Sane and Coman who contribute less than him.
Yep, Gnabry has performed better than Coman over the years. Sane has been a flop basically for us. His best spell lasted for 4-5 months, but in general a disappointment.

Gnabry has a little bit more in the tank, should keep him in the squad, like we have done with Muller, useful to have.

Be very surprised if Sporting don't cop a proper backlash from City tonight after losing last two

Some tasty ties this round. Inter and Arsenal tomorrow the standout game.

Looking forward to our game later. Looks like Leverkusen have dropped off a bit. Should be an entertaining contest.

Some juicy fixtures tonight.

Inter-Arsenal, Munich-Benfica, Madrid-Milan, Liverpool-Leverkusen, and of course Amorim - 115 charges.

Need a multiscreen setup for this I think

Most likely Sporting will be crushed and we’ll have to live with the terrible memes and jokes for a little while, on how Pep beat our saviour

Don’t know which game to watch tonight. Sporting vs city seems the obvious choice, but Madrid vs Milan and Liverpool vs leverkusen look decent too

Came in to say this as well, but inter vs arsenal is tomorrow

Quite confident that Sporting will get a result today. Amorim's hype will be at an all time high before he starts his United career with a loss at winless Ipswich bringing us crashing back.

The variety and level of matches in the new setup is so much better

Lampard trying to get the Luis Garcia on prime to say he was told to man mark him back in the day, instead he mentioned being told to keep track of scholes and makalele

Frank looked gutted

PSV score a legitimate 3rd. Striker accidentally stands on toes of defender prior to unleashing his shot.

VAR deemed it a clear and obvious error and thought it was a deliberate foul. Michael Oliver, the ref, then reviewed it and overturned it. Unbelievable. Why the feck would you deliberately foul before hitting your shot? Games gone man.

As for Oliver being swayed by such a ridiculous call, man’s a coward. Definitely wanks on all fours.
