Bundesliga 2016/17

And the last beats the first...

Müller scores again - and Bayern is back on the top of the table. What do you want more?

Rummenigge has already told that Ingolstadt gets a delivery of the "Wagenladung mit Weißbier und Weißwürsten" (truckload of Weizen and white sausages) for that.

We seem to have finally abandoned our 4-3-3-nonsense. Thiago and Vidal were magnificent, we looked way more threatening than a couple of weeks ago and gave our opponent less opportunities as well.

They do well in Europe and at home but it seems that they have genuine trouble in Bundesliga away-games. I really don't know why.

A mix of inexperience coupled with german teams knowing them much better than non-german ones and -rather surprisingly, they didn't do it last season- some of them adapting their tactics to them. They also played the better teams in the league away. Leipzig, Leverkusen, Eintracht and Koln...

Generally speaking Dortmund have obviously had problems away from home and in defense, but I think today was much more about fatigue after the demanding midweek match. In any case it's not like Dortmund are a peaking team right now, given the age of their squad this is just a stepping stone in their development and at least individually they are bound to improve.

Also, they are dreadful at defending set-pieces. Another advantage most german teams have over them, having the whole week to prepare as opposed to the 3 days they have

Schalke should have taken their chances. They were the better side with 10 men against 11, but in the end they only got themselves to blame for not finishing all those counters. It looks as if Schmidt escaped another "when is it okay to question the manager" round, same for Schubert earlier today. Both Gladbach and Leverkusen should start asking questions though, they have been poor this season.

People of our Kickermanager-Spiel: We suck, don't we? :D

Real bad results so far. Hardly any points.

Well the guys on the first two spots look quite good the rest of us not that good :) But in this game some injuries can really destory your squad/result.

Augsburg sacked Schuster today, guess thats what you get when you lose to Hamburg. Joke aside they announced that they had different points of view about their style of play and their aims for the future. Sounds like they are surprised that he didnt invent offensive modern football...

Dortmund starting with 5 offensive-minded players in Dembele, Reus, Gotze, Pulisic and Aubameyang.

Do it, nice game so far after 5 minutes. Hoffenheim already scored.

Turns out Eurosport is included in my basic TV package so I can watch it on TV. Sure beats the 50 Euro I am shelling out monthly for the PL.

Well ref, if you wanna keep the short leash, fine, but then do it consistently, ffs. That is a tactical foul on Dembele and a yellow.

EDIT: And thats the next one.

For all of the fantastic talent at Dortmund you'd believe they could find a keeper that wouldn't make Bravo and Karius seem solid.

Bürki´s broken hand is the worst injury we suffered this season and we suffered many.

Why is Tuchel so revered 'round these parts? 8 points behind Leipzig if they lose this game & it's only December.

Götze you cnut
I sold him last week on comunio after ~3 years, of course he'd start scoring again now.
