Trying to work out which is the most depressing. Liverpool being brilliant last season, while we were absolutely gash. Or Liverpool reverting to being crap again but being completely unable to take any pleasure in it because we've somehow managed to end up four places below them in the league table and already out of a cup competition in which they're through to the quarter-finals. Both scenarios are fecking excruciating tbh but the events of this season are particularly hard to take.

Don't really care what the table says now because I am confident we will finish top four anyway. We still have to play them twice, Arsenal twice and Spurs twice. We are getting better, they cannot say the same.
yeah i agree. I don't find this season depressing at all, but then i don't care too much about results personally. I do think the results are going to come though. Our football is very refreshing anyway.

Its been a sh*t season for Liverpool and Man Utd that's for sure. One could deem it exciting with so many teams still having so much to fight for. I don't, I just think its boringly sh*t.

"So, how about me then? I'm chuffing great, aren't I? Oh,and then there's that contract thing for What's-his-face too..."

I reckon theres a lot of truth in the stories of players turning against him. The fact is, nobody wants to work for an absolute narcissistic loon like that. They may have got on boards with his nonsense last year because they were winning but now they are looking to him for the answers and the answers aren't available to him because one is injured and one plays in the Bernabeu and other than that he's absolutely stumped.

When your moral is low at work and you're looking for clear instructions on how to improve the situation, the last thing you want is fecking Business Cat telling you how it's done.

So they're on the 'second curve' accirding to Brentan.
The first one went up, and this one's going down.

Its really weird how he turns every conversation about himself. If a player like Balotelli fails then it's obviously because he couldn't be arsed, while every other player who plays well is because of the Genius Brentan Rodgers..

:p

But yeah, I agree.

There was light at the end of the tunnel last season regarding Liverpool and their collapse at least. I've no idea how this season will finish.

Arsenal have been poor, good performances v City and Chelsea apart, we've not got our game together at all. Integration of new players, injuries and between 5-9 pts lost due to ref fork ups.

Haha... oops.

Identical situation to us really.

Been critical of some of his team selections so far but have to say the rumoured line up for tomorrow is spot on if true. I am off tomorrow, can't wait to get to Plaza Mayor and meet up with other reds fans.

Praying for an unlikely clean sheet!

Mignolet Jones Ward
Manquillo Skrtel Toure Lovren Moreno
Henderson Gerrard Lucas

Wait. That's a real quote?

Yes, mate. It didn't go down too well on the Liverpool forum I saw it on:

In other words, he was knackered but I'm awesome, and I can basically turn strained groins into wine. Give him a huge new contract and pour me another glass of philosophy while you're at it. Thanks.

Christ. It's like he's speaking about a shire horse that he's transformed into a St Leger winner.

Utterly cringeworthy. What a bunch of retards.
Wait. I thought this was a joke. Are some Liverpool supporters really going to do this:confused:

Rodgers the weirdo....he is such an arrogant charlatan. In short, a right prat.

Are you really the iconic attacking the space Boss? or a cheap imitation?

I assumed that Rodgers Out Twitter thing was United fans on a WUM. A few of the papers are reporting the Plane stunt as if it's genuinely going ahead and it's backed up Liverpool fans.

I'm guessing the journo's probably know it's just a WUM account but are reporting it anyway.

Well he couldn't have been that impressed seeing as he fecked off to Hull two month after Rodgers showed up.
