Never seizes to amaze me

He can't, or doesn't know how to. Probably the latter. So we need to go back to the tried and trusted outscore the oppos which he does know how to. And tonight showed our movement and fluidity is getting back to last season, not quite there yet for Real Madrid. But maybe for Hull.
I quite fancy Hull to do ya's at the weekend, Madrid hardly even pushed out of 1st gear tonight and eased off in the second half yet still managed a very very comfortable win. Hull will be right in your face, very physical, they have players that can hurt ya's..any team really.

That defence and no Suarez....above Man Utd and LvG and Arsenal in the league? Where's that statistician again?
Southampton and West Ham are above all three teams which you mention. Does that mean anything as well?

Any source on that? That's madness.

I saw it on twitter... therefore it must be true.

It feels right though. As a collective, there's a lot of expensive players there.

Lovren - £20m
Moreno - £12m
Sakho - £18m
Enrique - £6.5m
Johnson - £18m
Skrtel - £6.5m
Missing anyone?

TOTAL - £81m

Don't think we can beat that as only really Shaw, Smalling and Jones cost proper money.

I'm guessing it's one of Madrid or PSG who are number one.

With Balotelli and no Allen + Coutinho playing shit I was thinking the same as you. Tonight I watched our match for the formation and movement, not the result. And I was relieved, almost happy with our progress. Against Hull its unlikely Balotelli will play (so we're back up to playing with 8 men instead of 7) and Johnson/Lovren might be dropped (up to 9 or 10 men). Hull won't be able to handle us if we play with more than 8 players.

Twitter claiming its PSG.

If you count all the defenders at a club it true? Not just any given back four.

United have virtually the same according to Transfermarkt. It's very tight, not sure who would have spent the most if I added all the decimal places. PSG definitely blow them out the water. Madrid too I reckon.

Edit: I did keepers too.

So play Hull with 9 players is the master plan is it ?

The spirit of Barney lives on.

Is Dumbstar real or just a Mod creation to keep us all entertained?

As if Rodgers drops Johnson or Lovren, they're bullet proof.

I genuinely think the man is going to end up having some sort of break down if he hasn't already.

He's left his wife or vice versa after he was caught shagging some 31 year old divorcee.

He's moved out of his family home.

His son's been through court twice on sexual assault charges.

He's lost a shit load of weight, hit the sun beds and bleached his teeth.

He's constantly trying to maintain this bizarre image of total control when it's clear he has none and his reputation is built on the back of pretty much one players exploits.

He's spent over £200m on absolute dross and there won't be nearly as much in the near future to sort out the mess he has put them in.

He's also got an army of absolute mentalists who have been following him religiously and they're all starting to get angry as they realise he's not the messiah, more like a very out of his depth naughty boy.

It's going to be a crack up of monumental proportions only matched by the schadenfreude of United fans all around the world.... tick tock.

Barney was only ever going to contribute while pool looked half decent. It's hard to be smug when you're shite. And we should know.

He's caught up in the lifestyle it seems.

Beautiful deflecting of blame by criticising Balotelli for half-time swap. Excellent show of man-management there. Firstly calling Balotelli a risk and then criticising him publically for everything. Well done.

The Mirror called him the next Paisley or Shankly, last season.

8.
Made some good decisions tonight. Game was gone thanks to our defence and goalie:

1. Subbed Coutinho off (come on Hull!!!)
2. Rested Henderson
3. Took off Balotelli to see if we can play better with 11 men instead of 10 (well 7 if you take out our defence)

Was dreading the QPR match and it turned out to be the horror show I was expecting. But really looking forward to Hull.
You sound very immature. You've been posting here for quite so definitely aren't a spotty teenager. So strange.

You mean like that time you scored 3 against Crystal Palace?

Yea, he was a funny one, massively deluded and prone to more than a few clangers, Liverpool through and through you might say.
At least dumbstars stepped up to the plate this season.
Has Barney been banned or just left the forum?

Banned, although we don't know why, I've heard he asked to be (can't blame him under the circumstances) but whatever the reason it's seemingly permanent.
Wouldn't be surprised if he had looked at last summer and just thought feck this, I ain't spending a year on the Caf after the cock up Rodge has made here.
