Brazil v Argentina

Of course, how could I forget a right back. Wes Brown isn't good enough to play for us and Neville's past it. We should have bought Daniel Alves for £25m. I blame Fergie, he seems to hav no idea what he's doing any more the senile old bastard.

I meant united need him to be an attacking mid more than a def mid, what with him being scholses long term replacement. but ill let you lot carry on with your childishness. and i havent critisised anderson either.
United dont have 1 out and out attacking centre mid by the way so it would be good to see anderson develop into one, no?

Scholes is quite defensive too the last couple of years. I have a feeling attacking mids are a bit of the past. You've got either a great ball player or a box to box midfielder these days. Most of the attacking threats from midfield come from wingers who cut inside. As a result the traditional winger that doesn't cut inside is a thing of the past too.

Offcourse in both cases there are exceptions

From what I've seen of Anderson I actually think I prefer him in a more defensive role than an attacking role. He's quick, solid in the tackle and pass the ball well. I've not seen an awful lot of him to suggest he's an attacking midfielder/winger.

Either way, he's a cracking little player!

I wonder if we ask dunga nicely will he allow anderson to miss the 3rd/4th place play off

feck all chance i know, but we could really do with him

Agreed that he seems more comfortable lying deep. Don't think he should be so rigid though. Has a good passing range and could be very effective box to box.

Riquelme reminds me of someone but I don't know who
