Borussia Dortmund 2016/17

I'm not Crossie, but German media seems to be in agreement that he is the front runner.

About a week ago Kicker (reliable) reported as much, though according to them no papers had been signed at that point. And Bild (not reliable) reported that Nice is already planning without him for the next season and supposedly is telling potential signings as much during negotiations.

Thanks, he was described as the front runner in France but it has been quite since. Could you see someone like Tuchel join Monaco if Jardim was to leave?

I have no idea what Tuchel would or wouldn't do, seems to me like he's more of an opportunist when it comes to picking jobs (supposedly in talks with Hamburg, Schalke, Leipzig before signing for Dortmund). FWIW Kicker linked Tuchel with the vacancy at Leverkusen, so if that's the best he can get then Monaco could surely be a good option for him.

Why is Tuchel leaving? I know he's had arguments with the board. But can you elaborate what it's about?

So they are losing Auba and getting some youngster from PSG and also signing Balotelli. Will be very interesting how they perform next season.

I wonder will Balotelli finally be able to settle down. He's just come off the back of a good season for Nice.

At least they actually seem to want Balotelli, Liverpool treated the signing like they had to rummage around in the bins after missing out on all their other targets.

Good appointment. I still expect Dortmund to play an attractive football, while being clueless at the back.

They bought a-lot of shite that summer such as Lambert, Moreno and Markovic.

For Dortmund's sake I hope he shows more tactical versatility than what he showed in the final against us.

Bild, who asked Raiola the question when they spotted him at Dortmund's offices interpreted his "yes" as a troll, according to them he was there about a youngster.
They didn't specify, but Raiola represents two Ajax players (Kluivert and Tete).

They've also signed Toprak from Leverkusen, Dahoud from Gladbach and today Philipp from Freiburg was confirmed for approximately €20m
