Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

"I think we've played a very good side and it's the sort of standard and level we need to try and aspire to get ourselves to at this moment in time."

"I think we need to play better. We're needing to come up a couple of levels at the moment and we're not quite there."

That is what Moyes actually said. He didn't say we should aspire to be like City, he just said we needed to play at a level they were playing at after we'd just lost 3-0 to them. There really wasn't anything wrong with what he said. There are plenty of reasons to dislike Moyes and his time as a United manager but people need to stop misquoting him on this.

City's owners are very unlikely to just get bored and run off, even if they did they have put a lot of work into the structure of the club so it's very unlikely that the club just disappear.

That Moyes quote looks even worse actually.

We're shit and we're way behind the noisy neighbours.

Man, that guy knew how to inspire.

He was right in a way though. We were shit and not performing as well as City, playing the worst football ever, finishing below them as well, even under LVG. Didn't LVG say that United fans expected too much. That's even worse. Not very inspirational either.

They're incredible, simply incredible. The amount of bile and pure hatred that spews out of their every pore towards United really is a beautiful thing to witness, and the lengths that their delusions go to in order to discover alledged conspiracies against their own club are astonishing. It sometimes makes me think that Blue Moon is a support page set up to help City fans who have forgotten to take their medication.

He's not said anything that isn't understandable in context, but I love that he's had to to back peddle and explain himself to add to what seems like ever increasing pressure, and I love that City fans are getting wound up about it too

Goodness Gracious, apparently our cup draw ties are rigged too!??

"Mate sent me this. Rags domestic cup draws for the last 2 seasons. I thought the warm balls thing was shit.

80% home record FA Cup and mainly weak opponents, same in League Cup. Congrats Dick Scudamore!

FA Cup
Sheffield United H
Derby County A
Shrewsbury Town H
West Ham H
Everton N
Crystal Palace N
Reading H

League Cup
Ipswich H
Middlesbrough H
Northampton Town A
Manchester City H
West Ham H
Hull City H/A"

And how many times did we draw Premier League teams in succession in the F.A. Cup in the not too distant past?

Well, they banned me from the forum for daring to question Pep Guardiola as manager. I didn't even say anything that bad, but it was enough apparently. Hence my name.

Does that count as a Bluemoon Meltdown?

It's certainly true to form. BM, like RAWK, actively censor their members when it comes to being negative about the club, players, manager etc. Basically just echo chambers.
Saying that, RAWK has some intelligent posters who can more than string a sentence together and can be quite witty at times. They are still deluded and bitter but they are a world away from the weirdos on BM.
BM is vile. Full of uncouth, semi-literate, immature, deluded, arseholes, who take self-entitlement to a whole new level. Not representative of real City fans, I think. I'm sure there are some decent posters on there but the majority are dicks.

Not Blue Moon, but another cringe video post from the team's social media account:

David Silva showing off his latest magic trick! Happy 31st birthday, El Mago!

So apparently running in a straight line, adding a few cheap effects and dodgy music combined with a goal is now "magic".

"Score more"

I posted a couple of times in the main section and and was accused of being a rag, that's often the problem with football message boards if you don't agree with the happy clappers then you're the worst kind of negative fan. Generally I post at a couple of rival clubs boards and generally on the general football and off topic sections as the true loons generally just stick to the main football part and there is no point in even trying to interact with them.

One of the mods on BM has been critical of Guardiola for years, saying he's not all that, and he's not what we need. So I cannot remotely imagine you'd be banned for simply raising a question. You must have said something offensive.

30-odd pages of the FA Cup draw being fixed? :wenger: Are they really that dumb?

On RedCafe that same thread would be 5 pages but the scummy click-shite forums only show 10 posts a page so you have to give them more page impressions.

So the FA is rigging the draw for us, and yet under Fergie, who had everyone in his pocket apparently, we would invariably draw a top-flight side. I think we had 1 lower league side in this his last three seasons in the club.

Welcome! There are very liitle you cant say here other than racist, peado and religious stuff. We used to be able to post page 3 like images of women but the Porn Nazis have taken over the asylum. I suspect they just dont fancy women, that's why the ban but each to their own.

Anyway, most of us can slag off our own managers or players if called for but hey... call us plastic fans!

I guess birthday cakes aren't good enough anymore over there!

Thanks man!

I mainly just use twitter now for anything football.

I guess being critical of Guardiloa in the post-match thoughts thread was indeed offensive. I was thread banned at first, then later banned entirely. I'm still waiting for replies to my emails to the admin for a reason.

To be honest, I'm just amazed I'm tolerated here! Fair play.

Precisely. Whilst bored at work this morning I'm just having a look at Fergie's last few years in charge.

2013/14

FA:
Swansea LC: Liverpool, Norwich, Stoke, Sunderland (all Premier League teams)

2012/13

FA:
West Ham, Fulham, Chelsea, Reading LC: Newcastle, Chelsea (all Premier League teams)

2011/12

FA:
Manchester City, Liverpool LC: Leeds, Aldershot, Crystal Palace

Got to love a bit of paranoia.

They missed a trick by not adding this sound effect when Guediora fell over at the start of the video:

An anti-doping charge now. This will keep the BM busy till the referee gives some decision in favour of Everton this weekend.

What the feck now ? the hawks are circulating around us
Classic smear job from the FA. We've essentially been charged with filling a form out wrong, but it gives the FA and media the excuse to label us as having been charged with an anti doping offence
f*ck me have the fa decided to go to war with our club/
F*ck me they really have it in for us we will get hit with point deductions and everything else they can think off I'm sick to death of the corrupt twats
It's a fecking smear campaign of the highest order all aimed at destabilizing our club. It's not even subtle and I hope fuels our fecking fire to stick it up the cu**s.

It is an outrage that thrice violating an anti-doping regulation with a three-strikes policy leads to a charge and that said charge is reported by anyone in the media. The club should've avoided a charge because anything else is corruption and even if they were charged it should've been kept quiet because it is unfair to say that the club did something wrong when they did exactly that. Because corruption. The FA and the media are a disgrace, City clearly the moral winners here.

Love the responses. What is the likeliness that this will be anything more than a fine though?
