That policeman made me laugh!
Who took charge of the game tonight?
Brian Kidd.
Brian Kidd is interim manager.
1-0-0, gowan City, give him a contract.
Yep. I'll be next in line for the sack.
Yep. I'll be next in line for the sack.
So it was only David Pratt who resigned? Interesting.
Jesus, all is forgiven! I just saw Relevateds posts in the Ronaldo thread.....
Please don't go.
This made me laugh...
Bertie accountant said:With the new manager coming in and a selection of players who want to leave I would imagine we will see a lot of transfers in the summer.
If it were up to me these would be the ones that would be in the running.
Dzeko- too good to be a bench player and would bring in about £15 million
Kolarov- not good enough for where we want to be. Has to be on the bench or go for about £5 million
Pantilimon- wants to leave as he will never be selected ahead of hart. Would fetch about £3-5 million
Barry- an unsung hero in my opinion however I think his better days are behind him. £5-10 million
Yaya- controversial choice. great player that has scored truly vital goals however there have been too many half hearted performances and I think we rely too much on him at times. Someone like PSG would pay about £20-30 million.
Tevez- he wants to go and would fetch about £15 million
In my opinion we need players who want to be there and are willing to fight for the cause. I think we need to mindful of FFP and try and even out the wage bill and with the money that we bring in from sales can go towards a couple of major signings. Gareth Bale springs to mind as a player that we should go all out for.
times like this make me laugh.
"LETS GET A BUNCH OF PLAYERS WHO WANNA PLAY FOR THE SHIRT"... Um.. I think that ship has sailed mate..
I love the implication that there's 11 world class City fans who would bleed for City just waiting to be signed up.
Phurry said:I'm not sure this guy quite gets FFP.....sell some players to make some money because of FFP, then spend it all (plus more) in order to buy other players
That is pretty much how FFP works though. If you're only spending the money you've earned then you're breaking even.
