I think its possibly the worst forum ive ever actually encountered in my time on the internet, its like an online creche full of angry toddlers swearing profusely at all the injustices of the world namely Manchester United, the delusion is enjoyable though to be fair, they are the most bitter complex children ive ever seen.
There was some numpty Spurs fan phoned in as well who was bitter as feck. He tried to say that Manchester United going, "come to us we win things" in the past and signing players was the same as Spuds and City going "come to us, we might win things". Mickey Thomas then pointed out to him that United actually do win things whereas in recent years Spurs have won Carling Cup and City have won feck all. Also the only examples of players United have 'tapped up' with promises of trophies were Sheringham, Carrick and Berbatov.

You forgot boyhood City boys Balotelli and Silva....who equally probably couldnt tell you who City were this time last year!
Still cant get over the fact their europa league opponents fans tonight would rather spend the day admiring the home of Manchesters top side than spend any longer than possible around wastelands...thats just comedy gold and really sums it all up, money cant buy you prestige and respect.

They're playing Lech Poznan and I can only hear Polish fans sing, Lech also scored a goal just a few minutes ago and could have a go at drawing the game if they're extremely lucky.
Considering that most mancunians are "blue", it seems that football is not very popular in manchester...

How could you not know they call us that? It's got to the most frequently used word by any City fan.
As I said here, City fans generally have no idea why they call us that. They say things about "We gave you our old kits" and "The 1968 Cup final kits were made of rags that were lying around at Umbro", or that it stands for "Red Arrogant Gits", or even that it was because "the colours on their shirts ran". All of which is bollocks - it was United supporters who dubbed the team that back in the depression when we had no money - our kits were shabby, we were crap on the pitch and the crowds were dwindling. Local housewives even used to help out by laundering the kits in their own homes and drying them on their clothes lines.
I am from stockport, and most of my friends are city fans.
I really hope we beat them in the derby and the league otherwise I'm expecting a lot of stick
Stockport is City fan central, always has been, the myth they have more fans in Manchester than United is exactly that a myth, id actually love some sad twat to take a survey of Supporters in Manchester being either red or blue, it would shut the city fans up thats for sure as they wouldn't like the answer.
On a side note just had this text from a city supporting mate of mine:
So now we've got Rooney you haven't got 1 player left whod get into our team"
Just replied:
"nope your right, Ferdinand/Vidic/Evra/Scholes/Nani/Giggs are well gutted they're now considered lesser players than Kompany/Toure/lescott/Milner/barry/De jong and co, wow just typing that really makes you realise how much shit youve got there at city"

Already happened, it didn't shut them up. It was found that more people in Manchester had a season ticket for United than City, but a greater proportion of United's season ticket holders were from outside Manchester than City's.
Nothing does. They will find the pettiest stuff to try to have a dig at us about. That is still all that is keeping them in this delusional moral high ground they think they hold. Civil government boundaries > support, trophies, records etc according to City fans.

Seem good players to me. Both of them would start for you at present. Especially with Fletch playing like carrick
I'd take Milner. De Jong can bugger off though, we've seen enough leg breaks at United.
I'd take the midfield Toure for what its worth.

Yeah but Karel to be fair generally they only play two of Milner/Silva/Johnson, and have Toure in the position were Silva is at the moment on your formation there.
