Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

What are the odds of Rooney scoring a hat trick in the champions league this week? Stranger things have happened.

What I find funny about this story is that for two weeks we've been following the whirlwind affair over the sale of Liverpool, and straight after that is resolved Man United fans and the media are in crisis mode over Rooney.

Saying that, what is different about Rooney this week compared to the last? The only difference being the press haven't really got Liverpool to talk about.

Here's a little saying that more than applies to City here (especially should City somehow sign Rooney):

Imitating the best will allow you to catch-up, but it won't be enough if you want to surpass them.

Just staggered how Rooneys gone from being a fat useless overrated lump to quote City fan "the most complete player in world football"

Be so funny if he went abroad after all this, you just watch him immediately become shit again according to City fans who will all jointly deny they ever rated him.

Bet they're all glad he didn't break a leg after the CC semi now, like they all wished for.

Bluemoon seems to have more Rooney threads than we do

Some truly awful posters over there, I'd say the majority of them are about 12.

It's a vile forum, I've said in the past that RAWK gets a harsh rap on here, but Blue Moon is deserving of all the criticism it gets on here (and far more). It's infested with thick, bitter, angry cockroaches. Extremely unpleasant website.

How will they get into the CL if they add Rooney onto their wage bill in view of the financial fair play ruling? Chelski would be able add him with their overall turnover. But Citeh?

Poznan fans visiting Old Trafford. As Dan Roan says on Twitter "Telling sign of how far City have to go"

Even during cities most hazy glory days apparently United still were looked upon more fondly. I can't remember where I read this, think it might have been on here.

The fact is, United could cease to exist and still be bigger than city. In my experience the modern city fan are amongst the most clueless, classless and bitter in existence.

Bluemoon offered a bounty on my head last year. I must have wound them up big time.
They googled my username from another forum that I used and put up loads of potential addresses where I could be. They even had my down as a falconeer from the USA.

fecking mental bastards!

Doesn't surprise me, its a vile forum and i wouldn't for a second be surprised to find out the oldest member over there is 17! they seem to spend their lives reading and obsessing over United forums rather than their own to, especially the CAF, it makes RAWK look sane and respectable!

God knows what they've made of Ian Holloways comments, whos for betting hes gone from a breath of fresh air etc to a prick/cnut/wanker etc etc all for saying what everyone bar those Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime knows, Rooneys only interested in money plain and simple as are half the dressing room at wastelands, none of them had even heard of shitty 3 years ago.

Small club small mentality, always have been always will be.

What a great forum. The quality of their conversations is just amazing - Bluemoon • View topic - IF rooney DID sign for city??

Oh and...

Yeah, you don't want any of those at City.

There was a City fan phoned into 5 Live last night and when asked what he thought about a possible move to City for Rooney he said, "I'm not sure really, obviously he's a great player but I don't want people thinking we're signing mercenaries".

Ok then.

I've been banned from there about a million times. I can't be arsed to register again. Thing is, I'd love a couple of city fans to come looking for me. I love filling bloos in :D
