He has - But many times against players he should have beaten comfortably. He does nothing against the big hitters...

Blake very talented in terms of groundstrokes but has never had the mentality or the all round game to be big fish. Not a great volleyer, or a great server.. two ways to win easy crucial points.
 
Murrays 3rd Round match now underway and so far Murray serving well with a high number of aces but playing within himself, as Serra already looking there for the taking in a quick match.
 
Clisters out - Beaten by Petrova who couldn't do anything wrong....

Murray gets the first break of the match in 2nd set to go 5-3 up then manages to hold serve after being down 15-40 during the game. Murray 2-0 up now in sets :)
 
Murrays next opponent about to be decided with Nadal versus Karlovic now just underway, going with serve so far and no one yet pressuring for any break of serve.

From watching the Nadal match last night and going by his recent performances i am not sure he is back to his best yet after his knee problems. This is going to be his first big test of his recovery against Murray who is starting to improve his performances round by round, so we are in for a cracking match next week.
 
How unlucky was Gonzalez with that hawk-eye call to lose the 4th and eventually exit? Woeful rule!

Feel for him as I've always found him to be a very likable player whose career deserves a grandslam win. Bit like Pat Rafter.
 
Great stuff by Roddick. As he said himself, when Gonzalez hits his stride you just try to hang in there and weather the storm. Much like Wimbledon, he's playing the big points well, so he might cause a few problems here if he can keep his serve going well.
 
Watched Venus Williams against Francesca Schiavone and all i was thinking is someone in the stands was going to shoot Venus due to her sounding like a rutting deer. The grunting was registering on the richter scale in London.

If you go to any sports events you'll find a few professional gamblers betting on course with the likes of Betfair. With a 2-3 second delay with pictures you'll find these guys are quick and make a killing if they know what they do.

I ask this as the Australian open last year was rift with them. 5-6 second delay of pics into europe meant they cleaned up. This year the organisers were going to clamp down on them.

The prices make interesting reading at the moment. Cilic is available at 16 on Betfair which is a bit mental. He matches up really well against Murray.

Djokovic also at stand out odds in the other half of the draw.
