I suppose it could work, but don't see anything wrong with the current system.
I don't think you should lose a review if it stays with the umpire's call i.e. clipping the stumps.

That encourages captains to go after marginal calls though because they have more protection.I don't think you should lose a review if it stays with the umpire's call i.e. clipping the stumps.

Might work if you only had 1 review per side though.
Yeah, I agree but DRS isn't really intended for those sort of decisions and that would encourage it to be used in that way. I'm not sure you can give captains more reviews, effectively, and expect them to use it less tactically. The margins are so fine though, it's a bit harsh IMO to deduct a review if it's clipping and the umpire's says it's not.
They did actually do that for a while and I don't know why it stopped, I thought it was am eminently sensible use of the 3rd umpire, he only needs to say when it's a no ball, not every ball.So you want the third umpire communicating to the match officials after every ball on whether it was a legal delivery or not?

More off-field problems for the Aussies with Micky Arthur suing Cricket Australia and claiming Clarke described Watson and his faction 'a cancer'. He's also claimed racial discrimination for his sacking, which is a big claim to make.
Front hotspot's the one, think it's bat first in the slow-mo.
Great move to drop Starc and Cowan. Australia should win this 4-1 from now on.
Guize i got diz mad idea ima just bowl down leg side. We'll win da game for sure.
