40m pounds is being spouted continuously. If we want him just offer it or do we need Vidal to ask to leave so we can try to save a few million. All this dicking around would be nonsensical to me as it would be better to have him bedded in with him new team mates than save a few bob. I'd like to think we are just plain and simply not after him and all this speculation is pure bollocks but we have been burnt before by our tight as a nuns bum ethos so I'm not too sure what to fecking believe!?

The newspaper that said we had a verbal agreement with Vidal said that an offer would be presented to the club by his gaent today.

So it has not gone from 'verbal agreement' to 'no offer' at all.
 
I've been oddly certain that we'l sign him for a while now. Can't see Juve turning down big money.
 
Juve: Vidal is not for sale....but we will listen for offers of x million.. but we want him to stay...but it will be hard if we get an offer of x million...

I hope Woody is getting the message, it is obvious they want to sell for the right price.

We will. Van Gaal has been brought in to get us back right on top again and I believe we'l spend what it takes to get there. If we're willing to spend close to 30mil on the likes of Shaw and Herrera, 40mil odd for Vidal is a no brainer.

The mood seems much more positive in here than it's every been. Even the title isn't negative for the first time I can remember! What happened to rile everyone up? Do I need to get my cock out at work?

Apparently there is a verbal agreement between the club and Vidal just not with Juventus. Allegri's presser is in 15 minutes and Vidal's agent is supposed to have a meeting today with Juventus.
 
I'm not sure if it means anything but the odds are shorter now on him being a United player than a Juve player after the summer transfer window :drool:

It means a lot of money is being put on him joining here so they have shortened the odds. In other words, it means nothing.
