Are you happy for David Moyes?

I've taken 12 years to think about it and my view hasn't changed.

You're not looking at it right then

If the structure takes 1 manager to completely collapse, then the manager wasn't the issue, it was simply the structure that was unstable and reliant on the efforts of a GOAT manager/DoF to keep things upright

He’s among the primary reasons we’ve been in this mess to begin with, so no, I’m not happy for him. But it’s not personal.

He isn’t. His reign did the least damage and he was close to signing Kroos, before Van Gaal ended that. I would say the two Dutch managers did the most damage out of all of them.

Not bitterness towards him. Initially I wanted him to do well when he went to Sociedad. After that, to be honest, I just didn't/don't care.

Exaclty…. Blaming Moyes this much despite all our failures after him isn’t reasonable.

And yes happy for him, wishing him all the best.

I resented his 'poor me' attitude that he held for years afterwards, but it's in the past now and I wish him well for the future.

Moyes was such a long time ago now, it’s hard to care about it.

Yes he failed here, but he’s not the only one who has.

I’d have to disagree. His reign saw us with an immediate fall from grace that we never recovered from. This doesn’t resolve blame of Woodward and co however due to their lack of proactiveness in changing things up when it first became clear that Moyes wasn’t guy we need.
