That hit a snag. I moved house and the train is now a really bad option. I bought a scooter to get to work so now I can only watcha couple of eps a week. I'm on series 5. Arrow, Flash, Shield, walking dead etc are all starting again. Maybe it will be a 5 year mission for them.
Wish I could wipe my memory clean just so I can watch this again. Easily the best new show i've seen in 2015
True. Before the new season airs, a quick watch still can be nice.
Anyone seen The Knick? Saw it's got pretty good reviews, directed by Steve Soderbergh
It's decent enough, not quite as good as I'd hoped but watchable. I'm not so keen on Clive Owen as a lead though.
Finished Mr. Robot. Brilliant first series.
I watched the first episode of Dusk Till Dawn, its OK but maybe they should have departed from the film a bit, it all feels a bit too lacking in surprises. And from what Ive read it is like that all the way through.
Managed to limp my way through series 1 of Dusk Till Dawn, watched the first episode of series 2 but gave up.
Since then have started Corleone, now that is a good TV show.
Seems like the two best things I have watched in the last 6 months or so were both at least partially foreign language shows - Narcos and Corleone. English language in crisis?

I'm quite enjoying Scream Queens. Think Clueless meets Scream, but even more meta and dialled up to 11.
There are a handful of laugh out loud moments in every episode. I think it might be a bit girly for most on here, though.

Anyone else been watching the Limitless tv series? It's absolutely awful.
Nowhere near as good as I hoped and very different to what I expected but I'm watching it.
The stupid cnuts only went and brought in Quinn from Dexter. That's bad enough on it's own but what happens 20 minutes later? He's fecking dating Deb from Dexter. I had to be tortured with that asshole Quinn dating her for half of Dexter's existence, don't do this to me again.
Only just got up to date with the superb Gotham. Didn't realise season 2 had started.

I watched the first episode of Blindspot and struggled with it. Might get round to giving it a second chance soon. Limitless is different to what I expected but it's not too bad, sticking with it.
Had Minority Report downloaded for a while but not watched it yet, sounds pretty poor? Will give the other two a shot at some point too.
Yeah, Minority Report is really poor. Characters, acting, and generally dull. Its ratings are dreadful, might be pulled off the air any week now.
Recently also binge watched Forever, liked that one, too bad it was cancelled. Procedural, but had charming cast, and really interesting premise -- though, used way too rarely (guess even immortals wouldn't like being killed too often).

Battlestar Galactica is good watching but it's starting to get sillier and sillier (mid season 2)

I've just finished the HBO miniseries 'Show me a hero', which I guess must have been discussed here, it's absolutely excellent. It tells the story of a social housing plan in Yonkers in the 80s and how it affected the different layers of the community. 'Different layers of community' might have been a giveaway, yes it was written by David Simon and it's brilliant. Oscar Isaac is great in the main part and loads of supporting actors, famous or just known cos they were in HBO productions (like The Wire), who are also stellar. Really great mini series to watch, crazy that they made something so interesting out of a topic that could've seemed fairly boring initially.
For fans of Bryan Fuller, is Wonderfalls or Dead Like Me any good?
