Yeah this was decent enough.

I was stoked to finally subscribe to Apple TV last winter.
From outside looking in they had great selection of series, but in the end Slow Horses was the only really good one.
A lot of series started well but turned shite after the first season or so. Tehran being one of those, cracking first season but then turned into a cheesy and teeny drama.

Gave up on Your Honor after two episodes, it was fecking horrible. I can't compare the two.

But Presumed Innocent seems smarter & darker vs. the two episodes of Your Honor I saw. Presumed Innocent is working well as its own concept.

Much to like about it but in the end the premise left me with the feeling that it was all a load of bollocks and
the ending felt like a tacked on "feel good" ending, if being dead and in a sim can be described as such.
It also really bugged me that all these uber intelligent people didn't know the difference between proximate and ultimate causation - bugged me far more than it should have. Still worth watching though.

Six episodes into the new season of Mayor of Kingstown and its been really really good, imo. They've picked up very well post Milo.
 
Im currently watching inventing anna on netflix. Really good but some of the episodes are really long.

If Bunny and Mike's relationship really has broken down, there's going to be a lot of blood and chaos in the next few episodes. Bunny really seems over the edge at this point.

Your Honor season one was OK at best, Season 2, first couple of episodes was just dire,
 
I’m guessing Pachinko is subtitled? Doesn’t bother me but would my low patience TV show wife stick with it?

It's a bit of a slow burner and I can see why it wouldn't be to everyone's taste, but "absolute crap" is really weird. Also, Noomi Rapace is very good in it.
 
Watching an old show that was cancelled by bbc in 2013 called The Hour, about journos during the 1950s. I’m enjoying it. Dominic West and your man that plays the new young Q in James Bond
 
Any recommendations for Netflix, Prime and Apple TV? I'll be fecked if I'm subscribing to anymore streaming services like Disney etc.

Bosch was such a cliché "cool" character. Badass cop dripping in noir who loves jazz. It shouldn't have worked but Titus Welliver made it work.

I've watched both seasons now. It's good but it's strange in that I'm only really interested in certain characters. Other major characters hold no interest for me, I don't think I even know some of their names.
