I thought the finale was flat and rushed. Very disappointed in the season as a whole compared to previous seasons but where else were they going to take the show?
It had run its course, it had to end the way it did as you say because of the events it depicted from history. Personally I enjoyed the final season, having lived as a teenager myself during that era.
Im not finding the second series of Westworld quite as compelling as I did the first. But Im not half way through it yet so maybe it will pick up.

I'm sure it's been mentioned several times already but finally got around to watching the last season of Black Sails after putting it off for a long time. Forgot what an amazing show it was. If you haven't seen it yet - watch it. Love how everything is framed with real historical events during the colonization of the Americas. Can't go wrong with pirates .. Plus.. Jessica Parker Kennedy 
I agree - loving it. Watch in Hebrew though with subtitles rather than the dubbed English version.
He is but after a highly entertaining first epsode 1 the next 3 were very hard work. You hate almost every character. Episode 5 makes it worth battling through but ......
Westworld is very good but series 2 isn't as accessible as series 1.

The last episode of The Americans was pretty much perfect. Going to miss that show.
No love for Bosch here? Season four landed on Amazon Prime recently and was very good, it's an excellent show I'm surprised there's not more discussion of it.
I watched the first two episodes but forgot to keep watching. Worth picking up again? I do like Mark Strong a lot.

I started watching Cloak and Dagger the other day and it’s been quite good. Only 3 eps on Amazon at the moment but has new eps out every Friday.
Only saw the first episode, then the provider cut me off. Looks promising.
Same. I really enjoyed it. Mindhunter and the staircase are both brilliant too.
I love the theme song to that show. It has such a noir feel that saxophone updated with downtempo that I like.
It is great. Eagerly await season 5. I quite like the books and despite Titus Welliver not being as physically imposing as I imagine from the books he otherwise does a great job of capturing Harry Bosch's character IMO.
Mindhunter is excellent and follows pretty true to real life, especially portraying the mustachioed serial killer that has a prominent role. Watch the YouTube videos of his actual interviews, they are morbidly captivating.
Ozark on Netflix is another solid show, Jason Bateman is stellar.
1st season was great but the past season was god awful.
I've mentioned it maybe a few times. Great show indeed. Season 2 was my favorite but every season has been stellar. Very easy to binge through it.
Love it , just have season 4 to watch.
McMafia has been surprisingly good
Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, which started last night, was utterly joyous.
Season 5 The Blacklist, very good first 3 eps.
Oh yeah. Damn good show, all in all.

Finally completed Wild Wild Country and its such a good watch. Absolutely stunning and shows both sides of the coin. There are good people and bad peple, but you end up liking some of the guys who you should disliking and disliking one of the guys who you should like
Is the one guy the lawyer as he really annoyed me every time he appeared .
As you say it's really hard to take sides . One side came off as more than a lil racist atc times but then there were a lot of instances where you felt they had every right to be angry about what was happening them
Just started watching Dark, how did I miss this show? It's utter quality. Think I prefer it to Stranger Things so far (just finished episode 3).
