Let's do some maths shall we?
p(G) = probability of Grealish joining = 50%
p(D) = probability of Donny joining = 50%
p(G and D) = probability of BOTH joining = p(G) * p(D) = 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25 or 25%
p(G or D) =
probability of EITHER joining = p(G) + p(D) - p(G and D) = 0.5 + 0.5 - 0.25 = 0.75 or
75%
