Lucky lucky goal The whole goal open to him and he hit the keeper
True, but sometimes you need that bit of luck to get out of a rut
Lucky lucky goal The whole goal open to him and he hit the keeper
The french Emile Heskey basically. Ruined Pogba what would have been a good assist and Ukraine scores right after...
Absolute clowns. So many fans were too willing to aim abuse after him missing 1 opportunity.
It's closer to an own goal. It was still on target though.Doth my eye deceive me?
He has scored!
Not that it should matterHe has been absolutely terrible in this half and even missed alone with the GK when he was finally given a chance, miracle if he plays more minutes in this game. Wish he had a third of the hunger of Haaland and the likes, he just jogs around like he doesn’t care, presses like I did back in the day... pathetic. How can you not care more about being a great footballer? Difficult to understand.
Not so weird when you watch how Martial dribbles these days. He has a heavy touch not unlike the great EmileWasnt Emile Heskey all work rate and relentlessly running the channels?
Weird comparison.
wtf way too dramatic here.So many fans were too willing to aim abuse after him missing 1 opportunity.

He played for France tonight. Most caftards don't care about thatMaybe, but judging by the reactions you’d be forgiven for thinking he played for a rival.
it’s clear he’s lost his confidence and still building up fitness and his own fans are eager to join the pile on.
I have no doubt that it's got feck all to do with being lazy. This word gets thrown around too easily. Martial seems like a broken player to me, I hope he gets some swagger back. He seems so timid when he plays.that chance he missed would have been put away in his sleep in 2019/20, and even previous seasons i'd back him to easily score.
i don't buy this is to do with laziness. something deeper has gone wrong.
e - as @kouroux said his touch is also heavier. everything has gone wrong.
Indeed. It's beyond pathetic I'd say.The schadenfreude at the expense of one of our own players is a bit pathetic.
Did you watch the game? His performance was mediocre at best. He scored (which is certainly good), but he wasted a 1-on-1 and was generally invisible.Don’t understand why own fans slagging him
Take a break.Did you watch the game? His performance was mediocre at best. He scored (which is certainly good), but he wasted a 1-on-1 and was generally invisible.
Funny coming from you considering half of the shit you write in Ole's thread.Posters wouldn’t have treated Dan James like this. Give him a rest it’s boarder line hate.
The most astonishing thing is not that he scored, its that they still pick up when fit. Does he play the Heskey role for France?
It was good positioning, same with his first chance, but for some reason people focus on the miss. That ball in his goal just landed to his feet like a gift from heaven
Of course a number of posters are unable to at least be happy that a United player who is at rock-bottom confidence wise scored. Let’s just ridicule him for not bagging a double.
Anyone reacting like this doesn’t get to celebrate when Martial next scores as their hatred towards Martial clearly outweighs their support for United.
