Who cares how poor his game has been? He's not even fully fit and managed to still have an impact and score a goal, wasn't a tap-in either. I'm sure he'll pick it up when he's back to being fully fit, but it's good to see him still have an impact when he's clearly not 100%.
First 30 minutes was tough for him, few mistakes there but that strike was just transcendental to the whole show. Just wow...
His movement has been good, he’s been a bit sluggish on the ball, his finish was outstanding though.
Greedy (should have fed Mata in towards the end of the half) and sloppy at times but there is a world class player in there and he's starting to show it more and more.

Yeah he's not helping Shaw what so ever, I'm not sure what game everyone is watching (or if they are watching it) sure he's scored, but other than that skied 2 shots, not made a successful dribble/been dispossessed often and giving Shaw a lot to do as as he's not heling him at all.
The goal is masking over a quite a poor performance.

He hasn't played well but it was a great goal. He cant play well every game, but we should see how the second half goes.
