To be fair it was a bad shot in the sense that Martial did not connect with the ball cleanly. He kicked the ball into the ground and that is how it beat Lloris. If it didn’t get kicked into the ground then it gets saved.

We are the worst to our own team. I mean, city gets less criticism than our own team. Self-reflection and constructive criticism is fine and is very healthy. But not that, that isn't even criticism. I dislike how there are now rashford fanbois and martial fanbois and pitting themselves against each other (some even have the gall to blame Mourinho because of a very very good man management tactic) when we have two of the best young forwards in the game and should treasure the selection headache. Instead they just fight over who is better rather than just be happy we have them both. Martial rarely makes runs in behind, he prefers to run with the ball at his feet. Rashford is the opposite. Not much controversial about that.
Martial has made similar runs even in his first season. It's just a myth that he has awful movements. Sure he isn't always on the move everytime and doesn't look busy which affect people perceptions about his movements.
His movements in themselves aren't awful like people love parroting about. He might not be the best at it but neither is he this awful player when it comes to movements
