MoM for me. Good pressing all over the pitch, the only player in midfield that managed to properly pass the ball around and switch play in an effective manner.

The decision making was absolutely shocking but his movement and work effort were very good imo. He wasn't as shite as people making him out to be today imo.

Thought it was probably one of his best games for us. Some good passes, if Pogba did them people would probably ejaculate here.

Played well, but I wanted to murder him after he made 3 really shit, selfish decisions at the start of the game.

He s very good tactically...he needs to.sharpen up decision making

Did well, fought hard and showed quality ball retention in tight situations. Also some serious passes by him at times.

His best performance for us by a long way.

Was wasteful at the beginning of the game, but once he settled in, he was our best player. Some delightful long passing and worked his arse off for the team. So really intelligent running too.

Good game, one of our better players. Made a couple of shit decision at the start but he’s a better player than anything we can put at number 10, maybe Angel can do better if given chance.

No. If this is labeled as good enough then I understand why we’re at the bottom half of the table. His decision making isn’t on par with his stamina and that’s why he is good when we have 32% possession.

His best game for us by a mile. That's not saying a huge amount but he deserves credit. Ran himself ragged for the team.

That is down to tactics from the manager, we stood off for the last half hour. He was the best passer in our midfield and reliably found his teammates most of the time, compared to Fred and McT.

he was still one of our best player today. tells you a lot
Was he? Sorry but he was still well below par. Lazy passing, not picking up his man, making bad decisions. Had at least 2/3 stupid shots as well.

Played well, i picked him as MOTM but could have easily gone for James or Rashford. I still don't think he's United quality but in fairness he did seem a bit more confident and assured today.

He was very good today I thought. Once he settled in Liverpool seemed to struggle to manage him.

I thought he looked very lively and he definitely played with heart. I'm still dubious about him and wonder if today's performance is as good as it gets with him. Definitely one of our better players today. I think he would look a lot weaker if we had a game where we controlled possession, as I think he needs to work a lot on his decision making and shooting.

Well played

Bit of miscommunication between him and AWB for the goal, but it happens when it's one way traffic for 45mins long.

I honestly didn't see any worse decision making than Pogba does per game.

I still don't reckon he's good enough for us but at least he's showing signs of understanding what's at stake for him. Battled ferociously, won 40/60 balls, showed some quality. Basically showed personality today. That's what they all need to do. Keep at it.

This guy has some balls. Work hard, with occasional brilliance. He could be our Dirk Kuyt, or JSP

He started off poor with some bad decision making but really grew into the game.

As I said before, he does not deserve to be lumped in with Lingard and Mata. He may be lacking talent, but he doesn't hide like those two.

Not his biggest fan but he was good today. One thing I always like about him is that he's fearless and doesn't take crap from anyone. Left a couple of late challenges on van dijk and someone else which I always like and he's not afraid to get stuck in.

Right now, I would take that as we need someone who will do some of the dirty work in midfield. We need that just as much as we need more creative players in the middle of the park.

Some terrible decisions but one of his better games, looked much happier in that role.

I like him as a player and thought he had some very good moments along with some baffling decisions. Overall 'good'. However, it was mostly his responsibility to close out Robertson there. I'd blame it on the 80 plus mins of pure adrenaline and effort but that was poor. Sigh.

Hopefully he can build from this. I'm not saying he should be starting but he's way ahead of Lingard and Mata for me when others are injured.

His long passing were crucial to our counter attack today. None of our attackers could pull off passes like that.

This. One of his best games ever. Much better control of the ball in tight areas and pressure situations, though his decision making is still not good.

He was very good in that AM/RW role and has the work rate to pull it off. I think he is improving and settling in the team and could do a McTominay on us. Let's see if he can build on the performance, at least he doesn't hide like Lingard and Mata.

I admire his will to succeed, a bit like Fellaini, it's water off a ducks back the criticism. Said ages ago he's a trier but I'm jut hoping he can channel it into something productive because we sure need it with how light the squad is.
