Have there been reports of anyone interested in this guy? We're obviously not going to play him so we need to get rid asap.

I would imagine it will be hard to get rid of him considering his form (or lack of it) and his injury problems. Maybe a move back to Brazil or a smaller European club would be his best bet. There won't be much money to be made on his sale, that's for sure.

god knows what wages he is on..... can't see many clubs stumping up big wages for him so hopefully his contract so he'd probably leave for next to nothing

Anderson is an urban legend. He doesn't really exist

I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up going straight back to Brazil.

His time at United was unfortunate, I don't think there's been a player we've signed in the last 10 years I wanted to love as much as I did Anderson. Perhaps there were some lasting fitness issues from his broken leg before he joined us - or maybe he just never rose to the occasion of playing for United, lifestyle-wise.

Not good enough for us but if he can get injury free and play in a 3 man midfield he will end up a stand out player for a Europa League team. It's a big if on the injury front though.

Firenze is known for its "bistecca fiorentina" aka t bone steak..

Bloody hell, can you imagine that bloke in Florence with the amazing food over there? He'll be running around the streets like fecking Pac Man.

Imagine if he showed for the ball with the same enthusiasm, we'd have a gem on our hands.

Fiorentina? They're doing rather well this season. If there's anything to this, you'd have to ask how they indeed to use our Ando - it's not exactly an obvious move, is it? And how much would they be willing to lay on the table for him?

A couple of pancakes, some bacon and a pie ought to do it.

I'd guess one of those loan to buy jobbies where they decide not to buy him at the end of the loan.

Hehe, yeah - I guess in Ando's case room and board would be enough. As long as there's enough on the board, that is.

Well, its the Sunday Mail, so its probably not true. It was a bit odd that he was not with the DaSilva's at that Liverpool players house this week though.

If he moves Fred The Red will be delighted, his job will be more secure.

Lucky him. He's going to live in one of the most beautiful cities on the world which also has some amazing food.

His contract expires in 2015, I see. Perhaps he can impress to a sufficient degree and they'll want to buy him - if it is a loan deal, I mean.

All the best Ando, a top guy who, for many injuries and other reasons just hasn't made it here.

Naturally he will now become a world beater

A shame it never really worked out for him here. I still think a lot has to do with the injuries he constantly picked up and coming off a broken leg is never easy. Hope he somehow proves himself in this loan spell and comes back to break into the team.

The changing room is going to be a seriously boring place with Evra, Anderson and Ferdinand all probably leaving by the end of the summer :( best of luck to the guy.

That's it. It's finally happened. I feel an immense sadness fall over me, why Ando? Why?

Best of luck to him. If he can find confidence and form at Fiorentina then I hope Moyes will welcome him back in the summer.

Has this actually been confirmed? He seems a nice fella and all and I hope he has a good career elsewhere but ultimately he's been a massive waste of time and money for us.

Don't worry. If he performs the way he has been he'll be back with us at the end of the season.

I can see him doing well to be honest. But even if he does it was clear it was never going to work out for him here.
