You think he was leaking our transfer dealings? Somehow I doubt that....
Besides he only left this morning

What does the defence score comprise of? It's interesting how his is so high and everyone else's is in minus.
I repeat again BBC don't post stories before getting confirmation from the club itself. Anybody who thinks that BBC is reporting only on Spanish Reports without confirming it with the club is extremely wrong.
Come on, be fair. We waited so long for a midfielder, only to get Fellaini. We're excited.I hope you're not questioning United's new signing with that comment, because according to that chart Ander Herrera is the best midfielder in the history of world football.
This is good to read. Could we see a revival of Cleverley besides Herrera and a defensive midfielder in a midfield three? Would that have enough creative prowess? Also, would that provide us goals from the midfield? A few pages ago, somebody said that he is not good at taking shots and scoring goals.
By the way lets do some digging, heres a "every touch" montage vs Madrid.
I'll admit to being a bit of a crap transfer muppet but I genuinely had no idea that the beeb were supposed to have this 100% accuracy record on all things transfer-related.
It certainly looks as though those Spanish reports are being rehashed. Will cool my jets until I see a reputable journo put his name to it and refer to sources at United.
Maybe he doesn't score many goals or take a lot of shots but the way i see it is that if he can help get the ball moving into attacking areas quicker than our current midfield crop... we wil score more goals as a team so the fact he may not score many himself doesnt worry me.So we have to buy defensive midfielder as well. Carrick can be relied upon but we have to build a new and younger side.

Agree with you. I guess that it will be Herrera as a starter with Cleverley as his backup (if Van Gaal decides to keep him). They are both similar players (I haven't watched much of Herrera from last season when he played as attacking midfielder so I am basing this on the previous two seasons) and basically Herrera is like Cleverley on style except that does everything better. His passes are good, his movements are excellent, as there is his tackling.I don't think there's any chance of that happening seeing as we're overstocked with excellent footballers who like to play as a #10.
That's Cesc, mate.I hope you're not questioning United's new signing with that comment, because according to that chart Ander Herrera is the best midfielder in the history of world football.

They really aren't, at all.
Couldn't vouch for the 100% accuracy but they've pretty much gone balls-out on the story saying its a certainty, no the usual 'according to sources'.The BBC have an 100% record on stories like the one they posted. They need to have two separate sources before an article goes to press, one of which is usually a briefing from the club itself.
This is done. Absolutely no doubt.
The fact they have a gossip column is completely unrelated to this.
How good is this guy? Anyone watched him regularly this season?
Kept seeing this last year, but I never understood how, cleverly is way too passive to play like herrera, who seems to throw himself into tackles and really get stuck in.
Convinced now Pogue?
Haha I have to watch on mute at work so that helped.Jesus fecking Christ that is honestly the most annoying music I've ever heard.
Manchester United always do. If we will go around telling everyone how much our tranfer kitty is and what a big rich club we are, that is what you get. Do I care what we overpay. Do I hell.I bet we pay more than Chelsea did for Fabregas.
He has played as an attacking midfielder all season long, I am not sure it is the best signing but if it becomes reality I hope he proofs me wrong.
His passing accuracy is really poor, even as a CM he always averaged 80% passing accuracy without too many touches and passes per game. The only trait he has of absolute world-class quality for a DM is his tackling, he is brilliant in that regard but I think he is better as an AM than as a CM/DM.
Bit of a scary transfer if true, he is far from the absolute world-class CM's we should be after but he has all the potential to be a world-class CM if he hits another gear as well.
