Relief if that is the case although it would be nice for him to get minutes off the back of this game. Bogus 1st yellow card too which is a shame. Gives a yellow for blocking a restart and then still makes Liverpool back the ball up which is what Amad was doing in the first place.

He's an eejit for the red but that was a great cameo even before the goal. Needs to be given more chances now.

Then on the Rashford goal he's pressuring a Liverpool player and he deflects the ball into a teammates path. And then a lung busting run and put the ball in the corner for a huge goal. Its one thing having talent and ability, but it was his work ethic and desire to do the less glamourous things for attacking players that made the difference before the shot to win the game.

Wasn’t he the one that got the block on Nunez’s pass for Rashford’s goal too? Can’t remember. He was really good for the entire sub appearance. He clearly had no idea where he was playing and benefited from everyone being out on their feet, but he showed the kind of composure and combination play that we really lack so often, on top of lots of energy.
