@34m? Was it slow for Fowler; Owen, to name two of an endless list of others.
Endless list?
He said 99% of academy graduates have to be integrated slowly to the first team.. so you pick out a few of the1% who made a rather quick transition. How is that an argument on your behalf?
There are 300 players in most big academies. 2 out of those 300 might make into the first team of the club they are currently playing at. 150 will move on and be professionals or semi professionals at a lesser club. The other 140 or so will have to find new careers altogether.
So when he says 99% he is actually a little out with that statistic... it's more than that, somewhere around 99.6%.
So you couldn't be more wrong Mainoldo. Again.
If I was manager of United, Diallo wouldn't be in my XI tonight. There are players well ahead of him in the queue who haven't gotten enough game time. Diallo was bought for the future.. Not for fecking February, 2021. Nor was he bought to satisfy the stoopid among the Man United fan base who don't have the patience to wait a few years, let alone months to see all that is happening come to fruition.
I will say this AGAIN, Mainoldo.
You would have sacked Ferguson in 1989...because you didn't have the patience for him to integrate Ryan Giggs into the team.... This is how dumb your posts are... If you had your way, this club would never have been successful, because all you're interested in is quick fixes and the immediate. This club's history of success was built on looking to the future, not the immediate. And for some reason, whatever the reason, you can't wrap your head around that.
You chose the wrong club to support. Clearly. Why don't you support Chelsea instead? They sack their managers regularly, like you want your managers sacked.
