We are really being laughed at right now to pay €5m for a player like him, if we don’t buy him, they would consider to release him or loan him out for free. Fenerbahce themselves are about to sign with the Croatian goalkeeper whose name I cannot remember, but we were also after him, and have already signed another keeper that is currently in front of Altay…

Kovar wanted regular football but also there is the FFP calculation.
Both are 5M but the money from Kovar goes straight into the accounts but we can amoritize the fee for Bayindir. Presumably that means 3-4M surplus in this years accounts which figures as we are trying to scrounge together the money for another midfielder and it will probably be a few deals like this that pay for it. Hopefully Heaton stays as number 2 and Onana is never hurt.
