All Time ODI Cricket Draft SF 2: NM vs Crappy

Who will win the ODI?

Brendan Taylor's a solid middle order batsman. His numbers are very respectable for the team he played in and that he didn't get many opportunities as your mainstream internationals shouldn't hurt. He's not going to be a blitzer but to keep ticking over with a hitter alongside will be a good combination.

In this context and company he sticks out. In a normal game he wouldn't. Just my opinion.

I vote for NM!

lol jk, dont care! Not voting.

Your AM is making it sound he's a complete dud.

My AM is enthusiastic, that's all. Crappy posted a bunch of stuff that was (IMO) incorrect, but nobody called him out here. Prath is new to the drafts.

Lol.. I actually searched for white text, just below the text, but not two lines below.

its made to seem as if Chanderpaul (someone who has 8k runs in ODI) and Allan lamb are duds too. Taylor is like half the player they are
Which would make him 50 times the player Kallis is. Someone tell Taylor please.

Asked @NinjaFletch to decide this either way.

Both these teams are stacked, hardly fair to make me judge!

That said, I'm leaning towards NM given the fact he's chasing with Virat Kohli in the side and I think Dhoni and Flintoff have the edge over Cairns and Taylor. Very, very tough one especially given your extra bowling options (and I'm probably as big a Kallis fan as anyone on here). But I think NM just about shades this.

Sorry, bet you wish you hadn't asked me now.

FFS, I could have delegated responsibility

Fwiw, I think these are the best two sides in the draft. Unlucky not to meet in the final.

Should be a good final. Three guys who are very quick to pounce. Congrats NM/Prath

wow. that was probably the closest game in a draft? that was a really tough game (resident cricket authority after all). Could have easily gone the other way (almost did. To think, I had tagged @VP in the morning :p) and it was really tough because he had players i love (Viv, Warne and Smith amongst others. I even love Kallis contrary to what I may have said here :p). And I had to talk about Chanderpaul and Lamb when a hot girl was sitting next to me all day. Chance gone there too :(

and @crappycraperson I did say some things in the heat of the moment. I'm sorry for that :(. HOpe your beers help you forgive me :p

True dedication to the draft right there. Best Co-manager ever!

FWIW, same here.

Top 4 better than that off NM is a big factor.

Have mercy on Crappy. Didn't vote for him and now everyone wants to vote for him when it's over

I don't think theres much in it, but I think NM shades the top 4s by virtue of having the better openers. If I was making a composite top 4 Viv is the only one of Crappy's side that gets in for me (probably over-rating Kohli a bit, but you can only judge on what he's done so far and his record is very, very impressive).

NM's side is rubbish mate. Two hackers at the top, FTB at 1st down and an bottler at 2nd down. Don't rate them at all.

mind games.

Not in a position to talk about chuckers tbh.

I tagged all of @VP @Akash in the morning 6 am or so here. They had almost 18 hour to respond. Had they voted earlier I could have at least got somewhere with the girl. :p

Im surprised myself. :p

Shocking mistake by me to tag you to decide this match. Can I ask your age if you don't mind?

Hayden and Kohli would make it from NM's team imo.

Edit: Kohli ofcourse.

So Hayden. Smith. Kohli. Viv
