Yh life can be a bitch sometimes, i would go to every game if i could, its an addiction, and at the end of the day there are a couple of lads on here going to the Barnsley game with my tickets that did not get tickets in the draw so some good news. And just to clarify i apply for all the games with my own name ticket just not with all my other season tickets, you must either be very unlucky or blacklisted, cos you would think the law of averages would get you something !!

If anyone can help me with a bit of info I would appreciate it. A friend of mine with a son who is severely handicapped from birth and is wheelchair bound would love to take him to a Manchester United match. Only the handicapped section would be any use to him, so how do you get tickets if any one knows.Thanks

Is there a way of finding out if I am black-listed?? I doubt I am cos I have had away games both domestically and away but just nowhere near what I would expect on the law of averages.

Surely, if I was black-listed, they would just not let me apply at all??
 
Yeah it's weird the amount of people on here who got Liverpool.

I assume it's just coincidence though. It's a massive fixture still, and at this current time, as we try to overtake their titles record, it'll have a real impetus. Do we have a bigger allocation this year or something; or is it just coincidence, as I doubt applications for it are less than for most PL aways, and higher than for a good many.

When are Pompey applications to be done by? I can't find anything online, but I'll need to do them all myself for our lot if they deadline is before Thursday. Cheers.

You wont be blacklisted, you are just unlucky, cos i bet there is only about 1000 out of 3000 that get to to the ballot for general season ticket holders like me and you, after the execs, loyalty and players and staff allocations, and i only got Arsenal and Blackburn last season and that is applying for at least four every game, its a matter of being very lucky or knowing an exec. I knew one who never went to an away game and he managed to get one for every away game just for me, i wish i had never fallen out with him lol

You're right, says it's sold out. Still worth popping down to the TO on the day I reckon, I'd be amazed if there weren't some returns.

Alternatively, why not just ask on RI or FT if you have a login? Usually loads of spares for home games flying about.

What's the best way to get to and from Old Trafford from Liverpool. I'm guessing the best way to get to manchester is train from lime street to piccadilly. But where from there?

Thanks for the replies lads but the answers were quite vague. Isn't the tram service down at the moment? And where would I get the train from Piccadilly to? Is it easy to back to liverpool? What time are the last trains?
