Kaka to United. He actually did state that he'd love to play alongside Giggs.

Kaka would like to play for United if the English club are indeed willing to open up its bank account.

"Yes, I would like to play for United," Kaka told Singapore comic magazine Mister Kiasu today. "But only if it is true that they are willing to deliver two boxes of Kaka to my house as well. My friend from Singapore, Bestie, has always bragged to me about this wonderful snack, and that many Singaporean United fans love it too, so it’s imperative I must try it too,” Kaka said.

The star winger did not elaborate.

Kaka had been silent about his future since Milan were not involved in the U.E.F.A. Champions league. He said recently that he would soon announce his plans for the future, but apparently changed his mind after arriving in Singapore.

"It's important to a send a text message using a pre-paid card, it’s much cheaper," he said, according to Mister Kiasu. "Starting today, Kaka don't wish to talk about his new favourite snack with anyone. I will only talk about it after my return from Singapore."

The world's media have been speculating on Kaka's future for months, with United reportedly willing to pay a world record transfer fee for the favourite to win FIFA's 2008 World Player of the Year award.

It's got to the point that I am absolutely neutral whether he stays or goes.

This bullshit every summer is pathetic. And it's Ronaldo's fault that it always happens. He could end this in 1 minute but he doesn't. Loves the attention obviously.


I've always loved his talent but pretty much hated him at the same time. Everything about him - with the exception of his talent and how hard he works on it - I dispise. Whether he stays or goes doesn't change this.

He's most likely angling for a new contract imo. He's the BPITW but paid about 30k a week less than Kaka.

Rather him gone now, than next season tbh. His value can't get higher than it is now.

Somebody write a good fake story, with quotes and I'll put it on there. It usually links to newsnow within three or four hours.

Actually, for best effect, I should post it before work tomorrow morning to give it time to develop throughout the day.

Like many on here i'm sick to the back teeth of all of this now. Its just farcical.

I'm still hoping that this is all just media created bullshit, as losing Ronaldo would be absolutely devastating for the teams chances of retaining the Premier league and Champions league next season.

But if he goes he goes. I'm at the end of my tether with it all and no longer care.

Regardless of the final outcome of this saga i can honestly say that i have lost an awful lot of respect for him as both a player and as a person.

He could have ended all of this incredibly frustrating rumour mongering weeks ago with a 30 second interview. But he didn't.

Thats the right of it. We will have to see if Ronaldo will force a move, assuming United won't sell him. Until then its business as usual for me.

He definitely wasn't the most important contributor though. The Defence and midfield won the Barca tie, and it was that water tight defence that won us the competition in my opinion!

World Player of the Year, Kaka, has declared his dream for playing for Manchester United in an exclusive interview with RedCafe News. The news will come as a pleasant surprise to the European Champions amidst uncertainty about Cristiano Ronaldo's future. It is said that the hierachy at United see Kaka has the only replacement for Ronaldo, should he leave.

Speaking from his house in Milan, Kaka revealed, "I love Milan. I've had a great time here, won the Champions League and some great memories. But football is all about challenges and I feel I'm ready for a new one."

The opportunity to play with the stars at United is an added attraction. "United have some great players. Giggs and Scholes are legends. Then there's Rooney. And also Anderson who is a good friend of mine."

And when asked if he'd like to play at United his answer was straightforward, "Yes, how can anyone say no? They are European Champions. It will be a dream come true."

This news will no doubt shock Carlo Ancellotti who has just recently pledged his future to Milan. But Sir Alex Ferguson will no doubt be sleep easier tonight, knowing that should his star man leave there's another eager to take his place.

I reckon that's better. Had a typo and I've changed Redcafe to a local Italian radio station. That said, if SSN can report an 'exclusive interview on a Brazlian website', then anything's game.
 
Dunno if it's been mentioned but these quotes are being attributed to a Brazilian newspaper..... hardly the most reliable sources
