You're as gullible and naive as you think Ronaldo is.He does, for being naive and gullible enough to believe the shite that Calderon talks. In my book, that's all he's guilty of.

Ronnie could have ended it directly after Moscow. In fact we all thought he had because he said those magic words. Then he retracted. When he says the magic words again this will all go away and Calderon will disappear in a puff of smoke. This is totally of Ronnie's making. All others are bit players. (Except God, of course, who is omnipotent and omnipresent)
Regardless of what happens with the Ronaldo situation, let us put together a Redcafe fund to hire a sniper to rid the human race of Ramon Claderon.

Cos Ronnie's a United player (the last time I looked). Why isn't this in the transfer forum?

This will never end until the day Ronaldo no longer wears a red shirt.
Calderon's comments have been going on all season. 'we will not give up'. Like I said before, Ronnie said he was happy here plenty of times last season (infact he didn't start making noises about leaving until May). However, no matter how many times he said he was happy and no matter how many times Gill or Fergie said he wasn't for sale, Calderon never shut up. It didn't stop him. Its the same now. Ron may have changed his attitude but Gill and Fergie still have the same stance. I believe all the BS media reports of 'a source close to Ronaldo' will have stopped if Ronnie had put an end to this after Moscow but Calderon's words won't have. If that had happened, He would have continuted his words and tactics until Ronnie was unsettled.
He is hoping his determination will land Ronaldo. He is trying to be like Perez over the Zidane saga, where in the end Moggi gave one of the reasons of selling Zidane as 'Perez was absolutely determined to take him to Madrid'.
To sum up, do I think Ronnie not saying 'I stay' is giving the media work. Yes. Do I think him not saying it will have stopped Calderon's BS? No. Because the man is famous for spouting BS. Take 'if Manchester United don't want to sell there is nothing we can do' to accusing us of lying to drive his price up as a prime example

I say again, this is all Ronnie's making. Two words from Ronnie and Calderon disappears in a puff of smoke. And Calderon would have alleged that both the club and Ronnie are just holding out for more money. Come on, this is more about Calderon and his position than it is about Ronnie. There's no point. The facts are straightforward. If Madrid offer acceptable money and we agree, he'll go, - that's his payback to us, if not, he won't. Let's say, miracle of miracle's, Calderon offers £100m. We refuse. He'd then expect Ronnie to hand in a request. But to what avail? he'd be told to feck off and get on with it. What's he going to do? go on strike? Give up.

The only reason Madrid are continuing this shit is because of Ronnie's non commitment.
Calderon has said one piece of truth. That this is all between the player and Manchester United. United have stated their stance. Ronnie has not stated his. That's what we're waiting for. This was started by Ronnie, this has continued because of Ronnie and this will only end when, as I have said before, the greasy laddie sings
Yes, and he fecked off at the age of 28 for nothng.
Sorry, Weaste doesn't live here. You can find him at....Now try again...
Only this time do a little research..
RM keeps talking and talking... wouldnt it be time to lodge a bit first?
Except for Ronnie cementing his stature as a cnut.No news at all really.
Except for Ronnie cementing his stature as a cnut.
“I’ve had hundreds of questions about Manchester United and Real Madrid,” he said evasively. “What do you want me to say? That I’m going or I’m staying?
“I don’t know about the future, only God knows it. I can’t say any more.
This is the bit that gets me. This is at the heart of the matter. The very crux. The hub. The root. The centre. The heart. The pivot.
Yes Ronnie....we want you to say if you're staying or going. That's what we're all waiting for. You'll get no more hundreds of questions after you answer that one. The world will return to normal.
He obviously knows the question we all want answered, so why won't he answer it?
cnut springs to mind.
“What do you want me to say? That I’m going or I’m staying?"
Well, that's the bit that made me like I do after we lose to Liverpool too. Which is a combination of despair and murderous rage, along with frustration and (non sexual) impotence.
He obviously knows the question we all want answered, so why won't he answer it?
My best guess? Because at the moment he wants to give the wrong answer. He wants to say that he's given the English game his best shot and now he'd like to try his luck in La Liga - but United have told him he can't.
As soon as those, "they'd sooner have a player in the stands" remarks from SAF, became "Ron can rot in the reserves" headlines I was worried that we were in danger of taking away some of the things Ron found positive about the club - like his belief that they respected his professionalism and the trust that had built up from that. Certainly Ron's mood went downhill fast afterwards.
At the moment, via the press, he's getting stick from Gill and carrots from Calderon. He needs to be thinking about playing football again before United will look like his home rather than just the people that own his contract.
Ronaldo doesnt know his own future. All this time the boy had no plans for his life. Someone needs to remind him that you cannot just be a drifter. You have to know where you're going and how you're going to get there.
