Not worried one bit. We are in the driving seat and amazingly the media have managed to confuse everyone. Ronaldo hasn't decided yet on a move however he has to convince manchester united.... of something? Bizarre.

I think talk, not convince and he'll be at United next season. Obviously if Madrid make an offer of say 100m most clubs would sell but if we tell him no, point out where we're headed then no worries
 
If he wants to leave then good luck to him, hopefully this circus comes to an end soon and we move on.

I think he'll get a shock when Real Madrid don't protect him the way United have, especially with him having even MORE money.

the media can't influence your mood during silly season... especially not in matters re: Ronaldo... he's really THE super star, and there's always going to be rumours what with him having stated what he has about Madrid in the past, and United being a rainy place that's not meant for the upper echelon media-as-well-as-football superstars :P

This is what I think if SAF thinks that keeping him will be more beneficial to the club than selling him. SAF will decide what he wants, and if necessary, he'll use his force of character to shape Ronaldo's young mind. I think we are all underestimating Fergie's persuasive powers. He has NEVER lost a player he wants to keep.

See you later Ronaldo, I respect what you've done for us and thank you. But the manner in which you've gone about things the last month or two is atrocious. If you came out bluntly like a man and said thanks to the united fans for their support but you wished to leave, I could condone that.....

Ronaldo insists he has yet to make a decision over his future, but Sky Sports News understands that he is set to leave the Premier League and UEFA Champions League holders.

"In two or three days time I will announce my future because the tournament is over for me," said Ronaldo.

"I will speak to Manchester United. I will try to reach an agreement and we will see."

When asked if he has made a decision regarding a move to Real, he replied: "No, not yet."

Ronaldo also revealed he has been carrying a foot injury for the past three months.

He added: "I'm going to have an operation now. I have had a small problem for about three months, in my foot.

"I'll have the operation and then have a good recovery period."

Ronaldinho has fecked up his career being in Spain, sure he had a couple of great seasons but he's still fecked it up none the less. Again sure he didn't come from us but the point remains the same.
