He wants to play for us though. He has no intention of playing for City.
Much like David Silva and Yaya Toure had no intention of playing for City.

They don't need him at all. I'm far from surprised.

Source?
A post earlier in this thread, that had the source. Although for some reason Liverpool fans think he's a Liverpool fan.
Unless it came from his own mouth I wouldn't read too much into it. Even if it did come from his own mouth, I still wouldn't read too much into it.
This was done years ago though,2008 probably after being asked 'would you like to move to England and play for Manchester United' by the reporter. The rumour is we tried to sign him then but Udinese told us to do one. His agent has confirmed that we've been monitoring him closely for years. There definetly is some legs in this one."I'd like to play in English football, especially for Manchester United. I like their fast game and the pride the fans show in their team. I'd take a move to England before Spain."
Interesting. It is more the "he has no interest in playing for Shitty" part that I was getting at. If they make the CL, with the players they have, and the money they pay, it would take a very strong person to turn them down.
What is his gambitron rank compared to the usual suspects.
Ooh. You've given me a weekend project that will help me avoid doing real work. A great player who could do a job for the team. I wouldn't be overly dissapointed if we didn't sign him as I don't think were that desperate for a player. Yet I also don't want any other team to have him. He has a Gambitron rank of 2 Hamsiks. 1 Hamsik being the top ranking, 10 Hamsiks being Taibi.
Theres a spanish paper saying today he's pretty much Barcelonas player.
I hope not. The last thing the rest of football needs is to have Sanchez paired with Messi (two of the best footballers with the ball at their feet, imo).
Do you think they would really pay another 20 million for a player to drop Pedro or Villa to the bench? Especially after signing G. Rossi.

No chance. They have too many offensive forwards.. Messi, Pedro, Affalley, Villa. Like someone said aswell Rossi seems to be their prime target.
Never going to happen. Their wings were prety much covered with Afelaay's signing. What there are looking for now is a more experienced version of Bojan. That is why their eyes are on Rossi.I doubt any of it is true. The favourites to get him in my eyes are Inter Milan.
The paper said that Rossi isn't their prime target but Sanchez is and the he'll be the first signing.

Rossi fits what they require more. He can compete with Villa and Messi as the rotating striker I don't think Sanchez has that capability.

He is better than Rossi. Afellay might leave Barca this summer because he is fed up with the life on the subs bench. So they won't worry about leaving him on the bench. If they get Sanchez there will not be a chance for any team to beat them. Just think about Messi and Sanchez down the wings with Villa up top.
Sanchez to Inter and Sneijder to United
Rather have Sanchez.
Why do they need that when Pedro and Messi down the wings has given them 70-75 goals this year.
I don't know, maybe to get them around 100 goals a year.

Already? He's only been there for 4 months!
He said last month he was pissed off he was on the bench so much.
Messi is now their main center forward. No chance they will buy someone to shift him wide again.Yeah but he is more versatile though. He can play in four positions - from striker to attacking mid to both wings. But I take your point, Sanchez is not an out and out striker.
There is also Hazard. Maybe he's who we really want!
