He doesn't know anything mate, ignore..Seriously, who is this Adam Joseph guy? Has he had other successful scoops or something?
He has a gmail address on his profile and seems to have run a failed website for another sport. I'm not sure he's likely to have access to Alexis Sanchez's contract offer.
That doesn't look too ridiculous.
Instead of the £30m fee, Arsenal should take Mkhi in a straight swap. He is more accustomed to the league and more experienced than Malcom and would make an instant impact. Arsenal, if I am not mistaken, were also interested him in the past. Think the player will thrive too under Wenger, like he did under Tuchel. They both a similar style of football.
Sanchez will play behind the striker or on the right. We aren't signing him to play in a position where we're strong already.
Imagine the conversation...
"Guys we've signed Sanchez! We've got a starting 11 with Pogba, Sanchez, Matic and Rom in it!"
"That's great...but one problem..."
"What?"
"Which one of them do we bench we ensure Marcus Rashford starts?"
"...erm"
Have you watched Rashford over this season...? We all want him to succeed here, but you can't be going for titles and CLs with Rashford starting games in this type of form.
There'll be plenty of opportunities for him off the bench (his best role), or if that doesn't suit him, a loan to somewhere like Southampton, Watford, Everton, West Ham would be a sweet deal for him.
José's given him plenty of game-time, but he's shown that he shouldn't be starting, not at this level. Not yet anyway.
Switch lingard and Sanchez and sure, why not.De Gea
Valencia Jones Rojo Shaw
Pogba Matic
Lingard Sanchez Martial
Lukaku
Starting 11 v Burnley?
Nonsense! He is getting a 30 million signing on fee and will be on a basic 400k a week!
Edit - How can I forget the 10 million agent fee!
In amongst all the excitement here, may I just ask a question?
In the hypothetical scenario that we do sign Sanchez and Ozil, where would Lingard, Rashford and Martial play or fit into things?
Surely people would not actually want them to not play??

Which players have thrived under Wenger on recent times?? Why would he do so if he went to Arsenal??
Although I agree that it’s not all doom and gloom at Arsenal, I wouldn’t be happy what so ever if I was an arsenal fan. They need a new manager.Arsenal have finished 4th, 3rd, 2nd & 5th (only a point behind Liverpool in 4th) in the four seasons since Sir Alex retired. They have also won 3 of the last 4 FA cups. Let's not pretend Wenger is some bog standard manager who is taking a great club down. The results are on par, if not above par, with their restrictions on spending and the massive spending of clubs around them. The skewed view of them is because of their past and the lofty ambitions of fans, both theirs and the opposition. Reality is that Wenger has done as good as anybody with the resources available to him.
As for which players have thrived, Alexis and Ozil are the latest who have thrived. Arsene is an attacking coach with a system that gets the best out of attacking players. His system offers more freedom for attacking players to thrive. Mkhi will do well playing in that system like he did under Tuchel. Plus, he seems like a player who needs as arm around his shoulder. Arsene is good at that.

Arsenal are a big club. Finishing on average 3-5th and only ever doing well in domestic cups like the FA cup isn’t good enough. Just look at what Arsenal fans are used to watching during the 90’s and early 00’s. They should be aiming higher.
LB don’t you know.Sanchez !
Where is he gonna play ? AM, SS, RW, LW ?
This is such a garbage thread. Less tweets of substantial news and more tweets of idiotic journos who has got nothing to do with the news and are just click baiting.
A transfer saga becomes legitimate once its endorsed by Di Marzio. In this case, Di Marzio first revealed the United interest and he has been leaning towards Alexis moving to United since. All the close Arsenal/City journalists are pointing towards a United move as well. This is such a garbage thread. What?? Nobody wants Rashford to be starting games at present???
Why the heck not?? He is a young, exciting, excellent player, why would anyone in their right mind not want to see Rashford start?
More importantly he is one that we have developed, there is that connection with him and the fans, that is just soooo puzzling why anyone would not wish to see him in the team!
Di Marzio has been wrong so many times, tho. There's no difference between him or some other fraud like Balague.
It's maddening. I know this place is a black hole of negativity at the best of times, but seeing the narrative picked up by so many high profile commentators is infuriating. If they'd actually won a treble, or 3 back to back titles, or had any such genuine tangible success, then fair cop, but having to endure this incessant hagiography over half a seasons worth of good football is tiresome as feck.
This is a baffling statement. Even since their takeover (which is all of 9 years ago) we've beaten them in virtually every big transfer battle, from Berba to RVP. We're Man Utd. One of the biggest and most fashionable names in the biggest and most fashionable sport. We've been mentioned in The Simpsons FFS...and even Buffy The fecking Vampire Slayer! The majority of the footballing world didn't even know there was another team in Manchester 10 years ago. And even since City's emergence, in our apparently disastrous post-Fergie crisis period, we've still technically won more trophies than them. So in what bonkers Bizarro universe should beating them to a transfer be considered an achievement? I get why City are a much more attractive proposition than they used to be, but I must have missed the part where we went from an elite global powerhouse to an Aston Villa/Notts Forrest-esque has been. When did that happen? Because judging by a lot of fan attitudes it must have done.

Tbf, that Sam Lee guy is the city correspondent and is supposed to be very accurate in news regarding them. He's said they are out of the running. This is such a garbage thread. Yes but we're paying him 14 billion gbp per week, renaming the club, buying him a private island, making bi-weekly human sacrifices, in his honour and getting him a pet Tyrannosaurus Rex.Choosing money over morals by moving club rather than waiting for a 30m pound signing bonus.
It's a unique approach, I'll give him that.
Ballague doesn't report anything. He just has a platform for his own opinion which is usually based on what he wants to be happeningThe difference is Di Marzio reports information without revealing biases. Balague seems to not only suck at reporting information, but only does so in a way that's extremely biased for or against specific teams, players, managers, leagues, etc.

We would have give him more but the pound isn't very strong atm. Thanks brexit.
Fred the Rex is a bit extravagant, indeed.Yes but we're paying him 14 billion gbp per week, renaming the club, buying him a private island, making bi-weekly human sacrifices, in his honour and getting him a pet Tyrannosaurus Rex.

The legendary "tight-shirt duo" is thus born.If Sanchez does join, imagine the him playing on the right flank with Valencia. Both with similar build and strength.
