Instead of the £30m fee, Arsenal should take Mkhi in a straight swap. He is more accustomed to the league and more experienced than Malcom and would make an instant impact. Perfectly put. Rashford is at best a bench player. I would almost consider him to be/ reach Pedro's level when he was at Barcelona and he had Messi, Sanchez, David Villa start ahead of him. He will have very good games but he will go missing in a lot of them. His decision making is really poor. There are times when Lukaku should have had an easy tap in and Rashford has chosen to dribble more than required or taken a shot which heads to the stands. His biggest asset is his pace. He really needs to step up if he wants to be picked.

Let's not pretend Wenger is some bog standard manager who is taking a great club down. The results are on par, if not above par, with their restrictions on spending and the massive spending of clubs around them. The skewed view of them is because of their past and the lofty ambitions of fans, both theirs and the opposition. Reality is that Wenger has done as good as anybody with the resources available to him.
As for which players have thrived, Alexis and Ozil are the latest who have thrived. Arsene is an attacking coach with a system that gets the best out of attacking players. His system offers more freedom for attacking players to thrive. Mkhi will do well playing in that system like he did under Tuchel. Plus, he seems like a player who needs as arm around his shoulder. Arsene is good at that.

Although I agree that it’s not all doom and gloom at Arsenal, I wouldn’t be happy what so ever if I was an arsenal fan. They need a new manager.
Arsenal are a big club. Finishing on average 3-5th and only ever doing well in domestic cups like the FA cup isn’t good enough. Just look at what Arsenal fans are used to watching during the 90’s and early 00’s. They should be aiming higher.

You think a manager is the simple answer to all their problems? Unless Arsene is the one that has been holding off on spending the money, no one can come in and improve them with the way they currently operate in the transfer market. To compete with the City, us and Chelsea, they'll need to spend upwards of £250m. I don't think Kronke and the board would sign off on that.

Sticking people in the team just because is why we have not been competing as much as we should have been over the last few years. The same happened when we kept persisting with Rooney. Nobody's denying that Rashford ain't a great talent, but when Martial (who is infinitely better), Shaw and Mkhitaryan, for example weren't cutting it, they were taken out and had to work their way back in. We can't afford this blind loyalty to players who are just not up to it at the moment...and sadly Rashford is falling into that category.

They hate it. They hate it because they thought we were done.
