Wasn't great today, but still dangerous and was involved in nearly every good attack we had today.
 
That was an absolute stinker. Got a huge bollocking off Casemiro too

Not seen a 90 minutes that poor from a player in a long time
 
As I going crazy? How is he our starting winger? He has chances and makes the wrong decisions all the time. I know the rest of the wingers are not any better, but the quality in the team is just filled mediocrity.
 
I have time for him because I do like his profile and grit but feck me was he fecking braindead tonight. Every decision he made was the wrong one
 
Precisely what I was saying earlier. Another game where his shit finishing and shit decisions cost us. People need to chill out praising him for stat padding in Carabao cup.

Looks like it getting to his head and he appears more and more arrogant every game. Needs to improve a feck ton if he is to deserve any kind of hype. As it stands, he's just a good talent. Certainly doesn't display any world class potential with these performances.

Love when “dangerous” is just used to describe “he got the ball a feck load today but didn’t do anything”

He lacks any sort of technical floor to be relied upon and his decision making is too poor to make up for it
 
He is not a starter, at this point is as much the coaching staff's fault for selecting him.

Tried hard but lacks the technical quality to change the game consistently. His decision making is also, obviously, poor.
 
Something has gone really wrong with him this season. However, he does keep going and doesn’t try to hide.
 
Thinks he has Ronaldo’s left foot. Amorim has to ban his brainless shooting attempts with his weak foot

Like he's been told he'll get a better contract renewal if he scores all the goals.

Someone needs to find out what these forwards are being told behind the scenes.

Involved in everything was true. He got the ball about 30 times and probably got 1 good shot and two crosses that passed the first defender to show for it.

The backtracking and defending of Garnacho's performances is hilarious.

And nowhere close to as good as Rashford when he's playing well.
 
Weak foot? Shoot.
Tight angle? Shoot.
Four players in better positions? Shoot.
Three defenders covering all shooting angles? Shoot.
 
He needs coaching and managing. Above all, he needs a reality check. He's nowhere near as good as he thinks he is. He should be coming off the bench.
 
To be brutally honest, what is he actually good at? He has pace but can't beat a man other than just running past them, is incredibly selfish and such a poor decision maker.

Neither him or Rashford should be starting under Amorim. Bruno and Amad should be the starting 10's.

Yeah, he's dangerous at times but decision making and finishing are erratic. His technical ability also isn't all that high. He has a future here and can have a good career but his flaws are becoming more and more obvious.

Was that just after he had a great chance to play Mazraoui down the left, but since he never bothers to look up and only wants to score himself he ended up just arsing about before losing the ball?
 
Will not pass unless there is absolutely no other option and even then he will likely not pass and just try to run with the ball. Starts waving his arms in the air when he doesnt receive the ball. Then when he receives the ball in the box without any opponent near him, he doesnt score (twice this game). He thinks he is prime Ronaldo without the actual quality of prime Ronaldo. Was good to see Casemiro call him out for not even tracking back after losing the ball. Rashford should have been kept on and Garnacho should have been taken off for Amad.

If he isnt going to improve his decision making, he will end up at a mid table team when his young and high potential tag wears off. He has talent (not Ballon d'Or amount of talent imo though) but really needs to make better decisions. He will score a goal and then all his moments are forgotten and forgiven though.

His best asset — honestly — is the fact that he keeps trying even after he fecks up. Even in his better matches he’ll have done something stupid but still manage to catch a goal or assist.

I can forgive players for having a bad game but not being so selfish throughout the game, age isn’t an excuse given the number of appearances he has made.
 
He's so selfish it ruins great opportunities for the team. Had an awful game hopefully Amorim can develop him because right now he's as raw as it gets. Has the talent but the decision making is awful.
 
I usually root for him, but that was a brainless performance. Made so many wrong choices. Selfish and technically poor today too
 
Nowhere near good enough to be a starter for a good team. Type of player we would enjoy as an impact player if had a well-functioning team.
 
If we had any of Chelsea's winger, even one of their bench instead of him, we'd win the game. Just showing the gulf in quality.
 
His decision-making is abysmal. Really needs to refine that if he’s to develop into a top player. He’s like the winger version of Fernandes with his erratic play and inconsistency.
