Was my first kit, I had the away white one without any sponsorship and a red home with 'Sharp Electronics' on it. This isn't a complete replica but it looks great nevertheless.
The first jersey the lads wore when I was a kid was the Vodafone one, loved it at the time. Anyone know if there is anyone selling those jerseys? Would love to pick one up and get "Beckham" on the back. Definitely going to be picking up that Sharp jersey anyway, what a beaut. Just goes to show, simple is best. Absolutely love it.
Adidas do free returns so if you can afford it, buy one of each and then send back the one you don't want.

I think they still have a sale going on the website for last years Originals range. I picked up the '85 FA Cup track jacket for around 40 euro's incl shipping.
They seem to have taken these new originals down off their site. Why would that be?
Yeah they're removed from the shop now, couldn't find but the last year collection.
Adidas are doing a brilliant job of connecting with fans compared to Nikes lazy, off the shelf approach. First the Newton Heath little detail inside the kit, the release of the retros and letting fans create their own kit. Now, I'm sure it's self serving but it's mutually beneficial, we love what they're offering and they rake it in. Win win.
How can I buy some of this United & Adidas Originals clothing? I went in the Adidas store near the Arndale on Friday and they had nothing.

The one on market Street had all last year's originals in when they were released, so I'd imagine they'll be stocking this lot from the 1st September. The megastore sells it too.

I'm sure there's clauses in the relevant deals, we've been selling these retro style kits for years. These are just better quality.
Wish we could just ditch Chevrolet and get Sharp back. Well, they wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for that huge gold cross.
The bow tie would be so bad on a white (or even black) kit with gold details to play off the color of the logo and our crest. Seems so obvious that I doubt it'll happen.

Looks like they are just not stocking any of it there, I popped in today to see what this one's like in the flesh, but their originals section was a load of garish rainbow print track suits and not much else.

My order came today and I'm a tad disappointed to be honest. The 84 shirt material is not much better than the cheap retro options out there already. I was hoping that it would be light like the original versions back in the day.
They had them in today. The 83-84 shirt looks pretty decent and I can confirm the shorts do have the valuable underpant lining.
Why? is the shirt heavy?
