Adel Taarabt

His heros are Zidane & Cantona, he's confident & believes he can reach that kind of level...he reminds me of Ronnie in that aspect. No wonder he might seem uninterested sometimes for QPR.

There's deffo value to be had here & I would be pleased if we got him.

Had to give him a round of applause for the skill he just pulled off in the corner!!

Really confident with his ability.

I saw him play in a reserve game for Spurs v us when he clearly couldn't give a flying feck. Avoid.

Haven't seen much of him, though I believe the consensus is that he's super talented but he's a whiney little feck too?

He'll definately go to a top European club in the summer. Bags of talent. Has an attitude problem thiough yes, but maybe its just a QPR thing.

Not sure about that. He's been great in the championship but given his baggage I can't see a "top european club" taking a chance - at least not until he can show he can do it in teh PL week after week.

dude we're talking about taraabt here, not wilshere.

see what I did there?! DID YA?!

Probably a good PL team for a couple of years, then on to spain to sit on the bench for a couple of years before coming back to the PL for a lesser team to try and help keep them away from relegation.

According to transfermarkt.de, he has 15 goals and 21 assists in 37 games. Fairly impressive.

If pete thinks we shouldn't buy him that means he's going to win Player of the Year in his first season with us

I read somewhere that he has either assisted or scored a high percentage of QPR's goals this season. Basically, everything goes through him.

He's played a direct part in 30 (15 goals, 15 assists) out of 59 which is QPR's league goal tally this season. *insert pithy OptaJoe-esque word here*.

Calm down folks. He's doing it in the Championship. Its not like he's won the Ballon D'or FFS.

His attitude is definitely suspect.

Much has been made about his dribbling and attributes like that, but what I really love is his delivery from set pieces.

Any free-kick within 50 yards of goal, he'll fizz a ball in with such speed and accuracy; it's extremely hard to defend against.

Serious talent but looks like he tends to hold onto the ball far too often when a pass would have been way more effective
