Books A Song of Ice and Fire (Books) | TV show? What TV show?

I hope LSH doesn't make it to the show, but it seems like she clearly will, with so many plot points converging towards her. She'll be even more pointless than she was in the books.

yeah maybe, Sansa will definitely return to Winterfell in the books. Maybe they will cut the marriage part.

Who knows what these writers are thinking at times, tbf.

I just see moments like last week's 'Jaime, go and do your book plot' moment or the week before's 'Jorah, go away until we need you to be Jon Connington again' moment and it makes me think they have points of reference in the plot and force the story along to make it fit.
In the books Ramsey married the fake stark girl so yeah the marriage of Sansa to Ramsey would seem odd in the books.

Guaranteed in the last season, IMO. For the shock value, if nothing else. She could still progress in the story ark and kill Jaime.

I cant imagine her not being relevant to Jaime and Brienne in the books (leaving aside a bunch of other people who she could easily become relevant to)
Shes important to the riverlands as a whole with her becoming leader of the BWB.

Her resurrection was for more than to foreshadow jons resurection.
Berric Dondarion had that covered already.

There is a theory that High Sparrow is the remaining Lord of House Reyne who somehow escaped the massacre of Castamere.

It would be a very interesting development, though will probably damage a bit the figure of Tywin (if a Reyne manages to destroy Lannisters).

That would be brilliant. I could see the reveal now - most likely after Kleganebowl and potentially if/when the zombie mountain kills Tommen. He's talking to Cerci, being all pious and explaining how he can relate and this is because he too has had his family murdered, etc.

Who is LSH?

Edit - Lady Stone Heart, got it.

Avoided internet except Caf FF for last few days and just caught up on the episode. I feel like I've seen Ian McShane somewhere before but I can't for the life of me recollect where. I'm not even a regular tv show watcher so it can't be Deadwood. Ever since he appeared pre-credits (a first for GoT?) it's been bothering me.

Absolutely loved Lady Mormont. Exactly how I expect a Lady leading a proud house to be. Whoever that girl is, she acted that role brilliantly. Jon still looks like a lost puppy. I expected him to be a lot more badass since resurrection but it's been 5 episodes at least..

Thanks @harshad for the image of Sansa's letter. Suspected something similar (either Littlefinger or Blackfish though on second thoughts she wouldn't be writing to her great-uncle as she's sent Brienne to do the talking).

Arya's character seemed iffy while watching, somehow not the Maisie Williams we know. Just now I read the theory posted here that she might be Jaqen instead. Sounds a lot more plausible than Palahniuk's Fight Club theory! Bit disappointed that the theory of "Arya blew the candle out so she could kill Waif in dark and finally put all her training as blind girl into effect" didn't come true.

PS
Sigh, I keep waiting for the great northern conspiracy and Manderly's pies.

John Wick, maybe?

Re: the Letter, I found it on reddit :D. Also, it may be addressed to LF or she may have addressed to Sweet Robin himself.

Sweet Robin didn't swear to protect Sansa, so it must be Little finger.

Tywin melted down Ice in season 4 opening episode pre-credits

Seeing that the finale is 69 full minutes in length according to an article on Nerdist.

They are going to kill off Wun Wun aren't they? Sigh. Probably some heroic death, he'd be a big loss against the Night King's army.

Good to see the Hound back; with the Jaime, Brienne story arc circling back to the riverlands and given that the Hound is heading apparently towards the Brotherhood without banners...I'm not sure how their story lines will converge.

Will the Vale go to help the Blackfish or the Starks?

At least Ghost is still alive!

OK, photos from Episode 8 are out and one photo is beyond interesting.

You go and find the photo yourself, but it shows Waif standing in a doorway with a shadow she casts looking like... Syrio Forel. He was the first sword of Braavos and it would seem that he's also a disciple of many faced god wearing Waif's face.

Episode 9 is titled as Battle of the bastards and Episode 10 is titled as Winds of the Winter. 9 is pretty much self explanatory and 10 may finally see the breaking of the wall and return of Targaryens

You may find it in reddit subs. I can find the source and message you if you want

All good, I was being lazy and just googled it. Not sure if it's legit but I'll spoiler it below:

Questions in response:
Could someone explain to me how/why it would be him though? And why he would want to stab Arya? Or does he know that the bridge Arya was actually sexy Jesus, which just means more questions!?!?!

This is the first time we've been shown this. Not even fan theories predicted this, so we are all scrambling here

Yeah that looks like he's behind her .... Great twist either way though. But Characters not being shown dying on screen and coming back could get real boring real fast . What next , stannis? Ramsays little brother ?

If you look at waifs left hand and the shadows it's not consistent at all

Ramsay's little brother won't be coming back unfortunately. We quite clearly saw him being poisoned by his enemies.

No, I don't know what dogs you're talking about. Ramsay's baby brother, like his father, was poisoned by his enemies.;)
