What people don't watch the Euros as much? S-Americans? Fairly sure Europeans watch it. The only football on TV as well.

You have people from all over the world here.

When the WC is on everyone watches. Work, school and after-work/school agendas are adapted to it, etc. Not the same happens with the Euros.

In regional tournaments the big rivalries get attention, but the rest of the games can be a bit dull. The World Cup, by providing a constant clash of footballing styles makes more games have an interesting angle/attraction.

More people are more likely to have watched more games and teams.

Sure but if you didn't score a lot of goals and didn't player for one of the teams in the final if it was long ago or only semi final if it's recent you, won't remember them too much.

I'm only going to be picking players from 5 WC's then? First WC I saw I was 10. So the criteria would be "which side will win based on team balance and WC statistics".
