Television 24

Logan was a great character and contributed wonderfully to my favourite season. But of course none of them compared to Palmer, who we all want our leaders to be like. The writers didn't want just want the same President portrayed by another person though.

Don't forget it wasn't Palmers death that led to a change of President, he'd already resigned and come back at the back end of season 4 to help Logan. There wasn't really anything more that could be done with his character.

Hayter did however say he was disappointed they killed his character off.

God what was I thinking!? Logan was amazing. One of the great acting performances. I guess I was referring to Season 6 onwards.

Yes yes yes yes yes !!!!

It's 12 episodes though. Maybe for once he actually gets in done in less than a day. Always thought Bauer was a bit of a slacker.

If people listened to him he would, you would think after all he's done and the amount of times he's right people would trust him a bit more.

I've never watched a single episode of 24, there are 8 seasons of it on Netflix and I've got a lot of time off coming up where I'll be sat home (looking after the new puppy) with not much to do. Should I watch it?

Elvis if you were a 24 character you wouldn't be Jack Bauer. You'd be someone like Milo.

The first season is the worst. Were you sent from the Planet DifferentOpinion to feck with us?

Nah, the fourth is the most stupid, or maybe the fifth, I haven't watched beyond that. The first was dumb but the premise was still original back the and it did at least manage to keep a single plot going for the entire 24 episodes instead of every four or five episodes switching to a new traitor/virus/pandemic/nuclear threat/heroin addiction/whatever-fecking-stupid-idea-they've-thought-of-next

5 was the best.

Some of the twists in Season 5 were great. You've made your rubbish point, now get out of the thread.

I still plan on making you write a plot for your own show, Cina. Once you've done it we're all going to criticise the shit out of it.

Together of course. We'll have to collaborate to come up with a name.

I have to say, that's the first time I've heard that been said.
