Still early days, but NYT needle does note bode well for Harris.

Any semi-entertaining live streams reacting to the election? I'm watching Hasan on Twitch but it's a bit dull.

2016 was great with TYT's descent into madness, Bill Burr's election night stream and Nick Mullen guesting everywhere. Can't even remember 2020.

Virginia got called for Harris, maybe folks can stop talking about it now.

It's far too early. Nothing surprising has really happened yet.
I'm not sure about that. There was talk in the past few days of polls overestimating Trump and Harris picking up a lot of momentum. However in some states where we might be able to see some evidence of this (Georgia, Florida) we simply aren't, if anything going the other way. Seen a lot of positive numbers and indications for Trump, not a lot of good news for Harris so far.

I said it on here before and plenty of articles have been written on it the last year: he has been tapping into the "poor straight men" who have to fight for their "right" to compete with women, LGBTQ folks, pet pandas and illegal immigrants under the guise of testosterone raaaawwwr! Making the privileged feel oppressed. Where have I heard that before...

Indeed. The Seltzer poll and subsequent theory that herding/ pollsters scared of underestimating Trump for a third election in a row had pivoted too far.... is not looking likely. And that was the driver of a lot of the excitement on here and in Dem circles over recent days. Ex that, prospects are clearly leaning Trump.

Does anyone remember if 2020 was like this or a clear lead for Biden throughout?

Is Trump doing better than 2020?

Latino men being reluctant to vote for a woman should come as no surprise. Trump has cultivated a macho image (without actually being macho) with various male groups, so I suspect that is paying off here.

Imagine reelecting this guy. Actually watching it happening live again. Feels like 2016 over again although not quite as shocking this time around.

Trump is doing better with Hispanics and white men in exurbs. Harris with younger college educated men. More of the former vote than the latter.

If it gives anyone hope, that Brannon guy has already said they are preparing to challenge the result of Trump loses

So they're at least considering defeat
